I'm completely baffled by your position, ceebs. If a person's ancestral background has negative impacts on someone's ability to rise to the level of their ability, how is refusing to acknowledge that the underlying biases and prejudices that are the cause of this NOT making a mockery of the ideal that all are able to rise to whatever heights they are capable? And that it is precisely that denial that fills the vacuum behind it with blame that the better explanation for their status is their own inabilities and negative traits? Give me some alternative explanation here. Because I really don't see what it is you are saying in regards to what chap got wrong.
