I counted 4 explicit references to parties, and a whole lot of overnighters. I don't understand how this is supposed to prove he wasn't at a house party, at an undisclosed location, at an undisclosed time.

Although, this probably plays well as a defense tactic as far as "look, he has nothing to hide" goes.

He does get some bonus points from me though for going to see Rocky III shortly after it hit theaters.

Well, I think the idea, at least if it were coming from my camp, would be for her to pick one of those parties, or beach week, and then provide some sort of testimonial or witnesses that could place her, Kavanaugh, and Judge there at the same time.

Kavanaugh and his team has basically called her hand, since there's no more time to keep increasing the ante.

Well, I read the article.

1) She accuses Kavanaugh of supplying girls with alcohol so they'll have impaired judgement or an inability to defend themselves against gang bangs and rape.

2) She accuses Kavanaugh of being present during a party in which she was raped.

Where this lines up with Kavanaugh's calendar is she mentions going to a beach party where she mentioned the above-listed behavior, and Kavanaugh noted he's going to beach and something about Beach Week.
