"With 17 percent reporting in Georgia, Republican Brian Kemp leads Democrat Stacey Abrams 63 to 36 percent. Basically none of deep-blue Fulton County (Atlanta) is reporting, though, nor swingy Gwinnett County (the Atlanta suburbs)."

OMG, Kevin. You're the mother idiot that was having a diurnal emission about impeachment just a few hours ago.

Kemp looks very well situated and I'd lay money down on his win right now, but the current reporting tells you nothing because of where it is coming from. The main question left for me will be if his win is narrow enough to be fairly confident he essentially stole the election.

Yeah, funny how the party that illegitimately games elections baselessly accuses their opponents of doing that to justify their behavior, isn't it? There was widespread voter suppression in Georgia. A very close election is a stolen election.

He can't be the deciding vote with out it pissing off some large part of his coalition that he doesn't want to piss off. 5 weeks is still a long time for feelings to fade, and the American voter is an idiot, but he might get some bad polls in the next two weeks now.

He already has bad polls. How is this so difficult to understand? West Virginia is RED! If he votes No, he's for-sure done. If he votes Yes, maybe, just maybe, he can survive.

I don't know why you guys worried about Manchin. He locked WV down.

Which requires nothing resembling a "blue wave."

A simple House majority is all that's needed.

Huh? I predicted he would get some bad polls in following weeks following him being screwed into a vote, then suggested it could fade. Look at his polling history. That happened. Things got a little tight, then his lead expanded back. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with Kavanaugh, but I think you misread me if you think I was saying that Manchin was sure to go down or whatever. Water Dog, though, yeah...

Remind me, wasn't he that one D senator that confirmed Kavanaugh?
