What changed is what they were getting in that deal. Like, obviously. Does it bother you even a little that a major political organ can argue above the level of an uninformed child or an Internet troll like yourself? I mean, deep down, does that concern you at all?
Subgenius is too damned retarded to understand what he just posted is wrong. But who cares about Homeland Security or "border security" or budgets or annual figures or border walls because, you know, he's hands down the dumbest damned retarded Conservative left on MDB with ldsfaqs as the lone exception (and whatever Bach's multi-user account counts as).

subs has difficulty understanding the difference between personnel, fencing, and a wall. Here’s what his image is actually referring to:
The CBO analyzed the Hoeven-Corker amendment, which has become the latest version of the bill. The report said, "The proposed amendment would appropriate $46.3 billion for expenses related to the security of the southern U.S. border and initial administrative costs." About $30 billion would go to hire at least 19,200 additional border patrol agents; close to $8 billion would go to building a fence along the border.
There is an important verb in that sentence from the CBO. It is "appropriate." Congress controls the purse strings on government spending. The smallest step it can take is to authorize money. Authorized dollars mean little until Congress takes the real step and appropriates the money. Appropriations, on the other hand, are actual dollars that are there for an agency to spend.
The Senate bill appropriates over $46 billion to beef up border security. The time frame for most of the spending is 2014 to 2018.
But this is a guy who thinks that Hillary ran a child prostitution ring out of the basement of a DC-area pizza parlor’, so there’s that.

what were they getting in "that deal"?...Democrats controlled Senate in 2013, correct?

Hey, Bright Eyes. Review the 2019 proposed budget for Border Security doc prepared by the White House (link immediately below) and tell me how much is asked and allocated for the Wall.

Congress agreed to these amounts. So why is Trump suddenly demanding 5 Billion additional dollars, and why should Congress agree to that stunt?
i didn't see "the deal" from 2013 in your link?

Part of discussion is understanding when person is being disingenuous and why.
No it's because you know the data/conclusions stating illegal immigration benefits the economy is cooked up by leftists who had the conclusion in mind the entire time they did the study. The only method you have left to try to silence my argument is through personal attack. That's pretty low for a board administrator.
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

I mean, we just posted on the first page Trump's retarded tweet of a retarded fence and also Trump's retarded publicity stunt.
Nary a peep about that from Tweedle Dee and Tweedle dumbass. It doesn't even occur to them that what Trump did is so embarrassing and so insanely retarded they ought to be so ashamed that they don't even show up to the thread to herp derp.
And yet. Here they are. Herp derping like a couple of damned jokes. damned JOKES.
Whatever. The idea that Democrats approved a budget that included monies for "border security" doesn't even occur to those guys that the Democrats are, perhaps, engaging in something called compromise. And that's ok. Sometimes compromise is a necessary reality of politics, even if dumb damned retarded alt-right NPCs will think a meme somehow accurately captures this:

Read your first sentence, then read your second sentence. Slowly.
