It's not. Saudi Arabia and Iran are engaged in multiple bitter proxy wars that are laying waste to Syria and Yemen, Russia is working both sides, the US influence in the region is insanely weak considering we fought a decades-long war with the intention of molding the region to our will, abandonment of a two-state solution in Israel and outright pro-Israel posturing, our willingness to abandon the Kurds - reminiscent of our abandonment in Iraq in the early '90's - and disasterous adventures in Libya are all incredibly destabilizing. Much of this isn't directly Trump's fault, though some is and some he has made worse. All Trump is doing is walking away while denying the Saudis are just as crap as Iran if not worse.
The Economy?
Trump pushed a business stimulus package in the form of the tax cuts that tossed gasoline on the fire of an already hot economy. He lead the Republican party away from fiscal conservatism, into protectionist trade actions, and is essentially running the country the way a predatory investor would who intends to squeeze out dollars from a business and disappear as it collapses into bankruptcy...just like how he ran businesses. If your renovation company was ran by Donald Trump, you wouldn't be working for that company anymore because it would have gone under after he racked up huge amounts of debt, structured it to protect his money, and left the other investors and people who worked there out in the rain. Sorry, Markk, but Trump is bankrupting the country as we speak. This is an area where I am legitimately concerned that Trump's legacy will be lasting and incredibly negative.
Tension and Korea?
I do appreciate that Korea isn't launching missiles over Japan, though they do appear to be happy with their missile capabilities after the whole "rocket man" escalation. It helps to feel like tensions have eased when we were openly threatening one another with nuclear war for most of 2017.
That he has not motivated the Economy in a positive way?
Uh, we just went over this one.
Many here are avoiding a discussion and just want to make it about me...calling me this or that, but that's okay, I was "trained" to ignore that from the years talking with mopologists, they did the same thing to avoid a objective conversation about Mormonism...name calling is the easy way out.
I think you're ignoring the wrong things.
