I only blasted quickly through your above. You're out of your mind with this. Hopefully you'll read this when that adrenalin rush you got going on is settled down. Because you ought to be as pissed as hell as I am about this.
If this is carried out...
1. You are going to see strong division on the advocacy side.
2. You are going to see Sam distance himself from Mike out of necessity.
3. You are going to see anti Mormons compared to Nazis on account of desecration of a religious building.
4. This has the potential to harm gays even further.
Let me explain a couple of the above comments and I'm going to talk to you like I would eyeball to eyeball. I have nothing to do with the religion. I think that Joseph Smith was a con man and that's about all I have to say. But, I draw the line at
desecration of a religious building. It doesn't matter that it's my own because--
Nazis, bigotry, hatred, intolerance, religious freedom. That's^^^^ the short list.
With regard to harming gays. You have to be well aware of the New Testament passages that Christians use to condemn gays. Are you aware that those passages are describing Pagan temple fertility rights and temple prostitution? Now, you'll think immediately of the early days of Mormonism and come back at me with claims. But here's the thing, the LDS Church isn't going to do that, they'll reference those New Testament (and Old Testament) passages, tie them in with this proposed activity Norton is on about and use it to reinforce the November policy.
Here's what else you aren't thinking about. This proposed activity is in direct opposition to the Protect LDS Children movement and will sabotage it by association. The Protect movement is about acknowledging and preventing sexual exploitation and abuse of children and now this stupid damned idiot is planning to come up with video footage sexually exploiting an LDS house of worship and you think that's cool?
Are you damned kidding me? The church will have a hey day with that crap and use it to condemn the Protect movement by association. Every damn thing that Sam Young has worked and sacrificed for is going to be tarnished by this BS temple porn flick. Norton is
on video AT Protect actions and press conferences.
The church will gobble that crap up and spit it right back out at the Protect movement, they'll use it to support their November Policy, they'll likely use it to bolster their
stupid damned worthiness interviews because let's prevent our youth from going down the same road to depravity or else become temple defiling religiously intolerant sexually depraved people like Norton and Sam (by association) and we better get after our children of gays because god knows we can't foster the proliferation of "gayness" in this world...
