Don't pay much attention to it.
See some comments on the negative tone of talks on other forums.

Did the bigwigs actually announce anything new?

Did they explain the new revelation revoking the old revelation on kids with homosexual parents?

Anything at all?

Or was all the pre-conference stuff just puffing to generate interest for TV ratings?

No, nothing new.

My wife watched a lot of it. From what I could hear, pretty much the same stuff was repeated that has been said thousands of times before in the same strange tone and cadence. I know it may not seem possible but conference is getting more bland.

I cannot think of a more effective way to alienate the youth or even the 20 to 40 somethings, than ask them to watch 9.5 hours of conference. If it occurs to Nelson that normal Sunday meetings are too long, why doesn't the same thing occur to him about conference?

Nothing new, but I wonder if there was an uptick in MLM vitamin sales, following Nelson’s admonition about more restoration.

Or, perhaps not enough vitamins were purchased, delaying new restoration tidbits.
Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by rulers as useful.
