Re: Obama on Russia: Who can’t Forget!
Markk, I find your assumptions regarding Obama to be at odds with your skepticism regarding Trump. On top of which, your demonstrated Christianity in name abbreviation choice is telling. Regardless, if you want to read through a brief section of the Mueller report and form your opinion on whether Trump's decisions deserve concern consider starting on page 16 of volume 2.

Okay I will read it. Thanks.
What does my faith have to do with it? Your post makes no sense.

I'm sure it's a mystery what I meant.

Or you (others with different political views) with others, given the way you write, which is why Hor should clearly back up his assertion. Just making a blanket statement, based on ideological opinion, and assuming it is a given, is not really a convincing argument with others with a different world view, ideology, or perspective... might disagree.
I wasn't talking about this specific instance. To be honest, I gave up trying to follow the conversation.
It was more of a general observation about your comments since Trump was elected. You seem to exist (with Exiled) in that weird space of being critical of Trump while still consuming right-wing propaganda.

Schmo,
Actually I am trying to cut through any propaganda, on any side or by any view. Please don't confuse my conservative values with "propaganda."
As a person, I simply can not defend tongue...he needs a simple lesson in manners, putting it gently. But that does not mean I have to embellish every action and policy in the negative.
I can see these negatives sure, but I can also see what I view as positives.
Hopefully we will have better choices...but I don't think so for another 6 years.

I currently at page 54...I have not read anything so far where Trump knew something he should have reported to FBI, which was your original question.
If you mis-spoke about that fine...but just say so. I can name lots of folks that made dumb decisions, and in context with this thread, Obama not understanding Russia is paramount...would you agree?

What evidence do you have that Obama didn't understand Russia?

2. The Trump Campaign Reacts to WikiLeaks's Release of Hacked Emails
On June 14, 2016, a cybersecurity firm that had conducted in-house analysis for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) posted an announcement that Russian government hackers had infiltrated the DNC's computer and obtained access to documents. 19 On July 22, 2016, the day before the Democratic National Convention, WikiLeaks posted thousands of hacked DNC documents revealing sensitive internal deliberations.20 Soon thereafter, Hillary Clinton's campaign manager publicly contended that Russia had hacked the DNC emails and arranged their release in order to help candidate Trump.21
On July 26, 2016, the New York
Times reported that U.S. "intelligence agencies ha[d] told the White House they now have 'high confidence' that the Russian government was behind the theft of emails and documents from the Democratic National Committee.',22
Within the Trum Cam A.I. n, aides reacted with enthusiasm to reports of the hacks discussed with Campaign officials that WikiLeaks would release the hacked material. Some witnesses said that Trump himself discussed the possibility of upcoming releases~. Michael Cohen, then executive vice resident of the Trum Or anization and s ecial counsel to Trum , recalled hearin Cohen recalled that Trump responded, "oh good, alright,"
That's a small selection from one of the pages starting at 16 of Volume 2 I pointed you to. There's quite a bit of redacting on those pages noting there are on going matters that would be harmed by disclosing what's been redacted. Trump does not appear to view it as a foreign threat but welcomes it. The FBI and the White House investigate it leading to sanctions in December that the Trump campaign opposed. Yet you think there's no evidence Trump knew anything he should have shared with the FBI while it's clear Obama was negligently uninformed? Hmm.

I believe the clip in the OP is a very good start. And the very fact that he (his administration) got caught with their pants down. If Obama understood Russia's threats better in regards to the thread, then he might have prevented the last two years of back biting between the two parties.
No administration can possibly understand the threats our foe's might purpose against us, and every president has, and will, get caught with their pants down...and in this case Obama did. He will not go down as a strong President on foreign affairs, I think that is a very fair assumption.
I believe this video also shows he was ignorant on the Russian hacking threat.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3Y_S_KJT8E
It happened on his watch, not on Trump's. Trump will get blamed for things that happened on his watch, just as every President before him.
Back to the subject at hand, what did Trump hold back from the FBI as outlined in the report.

Are you saying that Trump should have reported Times articles, and publicly leaked wiki leaks to the FBI (Obama's FBI)?
If Obama was more informed, they might have stopped it?
