More proof that some churches have been co-opted by right-wing politics. If they were not of this political bent, I could see some of them declaring Trump to be the antichrist.

I suspect that at least some of them think he really is the antichrist and are not only okay with that, but actually revel in that, because they believe the coming of the antichrist is a necessary harbinger of the second coming of Christ, himself.

Some Evangelicals consider Trump to be a modern Cyrus mentioned in Isaiah 42.

That is in Isaiah 45. And some of those Evangelicals will point out that goes along with Trump being the 45th President.
