I believe all abortions require confirmation of pregnancy, but otherwise yes, there are restrictions to when, where, how, and by whom one can receive abortion services (varies by State).

No, rape victims do not have to bring to term and birth. They are just unable to receive services in a particular jurisdiction. This rape victim is free to receive abortion services elsewhere.

I agree, it is hard for me to perpetuate your factless fantasy. Rape victims are required to follow the law, yes. Perhaps you can show us how easy it is to come out and say why a rape victim dies not have to follow the law?
