What Democrats and Mueller Have In Common: NO JUEVOS
What we saw today was Mueller parroting his good buddy Comey in a public display of hand on the scales. So obvious. He was not engaged to exonerate anyone. He was engaged to prosecute a crime if one was committed. He could not reach a prosecutorial conclusion that any existed w respect to Trump. Never saw the word “guilty” in his report. But he simply did not have the juevos to do his job. Much like his protege Comey.
So now let’s cut through all the BS and get to the Democrats lack of the same juevos. They will not find anymore information between CNN or MSNBC great investigative reporting. So why don’t they file articles of impeachment for all the crimes and lies they claim exist and repeat like robots on an hourly basis!!! The only thing Nadler wants more than to be able to see his feet is to impeach Trump! So why don’t they just DO IT? If, as all the anti Trump folks here, Trump did something illegal it seems like a no brainer. They simply have less juevos than an impeachment case.
Wake up to reality folks!
I’m lovin’ it! It’s handing over 2020 to those in the know! Haven’t been wrong yet!!

You live in an alternate reality. The only reason he didn't indict Trump was because he was unable to per DOJ policy.
It was not lack of evidence, but lack of power to do so. The evidence of obstruction of justice is mountainous.
"The order appointing me special counsel authorized us to investigate actions that could obstruct the investigation. We conducted that investigation, and we kept the office of the acting attorney general apprised of the progress of our work. And as set forth in the report, after that investigation, if we had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so. We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime.
"The introduction to the Volume II of our report explains that decision. It explains that under longstanding department policy, a president cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office. That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view, that, too, is prohibited. A special counsel’s office is part of the Department of Justice, and by regulation, it was bound by that department policy. Charging the president with a crime was therefore not an option we could consider. The department’s written opinion explaining the policy makes several important points that further informed our handling of the obstruction investigation. Those points are summarized in our report, and I will describe two of them for you."

Do me a favor: “Think before you post! PLEASE!”
Don’t you think the former head of the FBI would know this OLC precedence before accepting this engagement? (Was he just not that smart no in hindsight?) So why didn’t he refuse the appointment up front? Why do you make such ludicrous arguments without thinking through things first like most intelligent people would?
Too much message board brain?
Absolutely on par for the environment!!!

There is an obvious reason Mueller does not want to testify in front of a camera. He is not afraid of any Democrat question. He is terrified of answering republican questions. He is not in the business of exonerating. He is in the business of prosecuting guilt.
He is shameful and terrified of having to answer those questions given his pal Comey. I hope Nadler has the juevos to subpoena this hack and get him to testify in front of a camera.
Now watch Nadler. He will no longer demand a subpoena for Mueller to appear. It would be suicide for the Democrats, and they know it!
I haven’t been wrong on this issue yet!
But No one here has the juevos to call me out on it!! The anti Trump folks just hate to have this conversation.
Call it libs!!!

Is Congress hamstrung by a similar policy? Is Bach accurate when he says that Democrats, Republicans, and Mueller are missing either the huevos or policy allowances to bring an end to Trump's crimes?

Again, was Mueller that naïve to not know this policy when he accepted his role? He is doing a James Comey II and should be brought in front of a TV audience to testify. Now Democrats are starting to get brains and figuring out this would bring about their biggest fears! WTF is so hard to see hear folks?

Lol. You want no huevos? Just look to Trump - he dodged the draft multiple times, and has continued to devolve into the most thin-skinned, petty and fragile flake to ever inhabit the White House.
Yep, no huevos. Just bone spurs.
The White House wanted the U.S. Navy to move “out of sight” a warship named for the late Sen. John McCain, a war hero who became a frequent target of President Trump’s ire, ahead of the president’s visit to Japan last week, according to an email reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.
In a May 15 email to U.S. Navy and Air Force officials, a U.S. Indo-Pacific Command official outlined plans for the president’s arrival that he said had resulted from conversations between the White House Military Office and the Seventh Fleet of the U.S. Navy. In addition to instructions for the proper landing areas for helicopters and preparation for the USS Wasp—where the president was scheduled to speak—the official issued a third directive: “USS John McCain needs to be out of sight.”
“Please confirm #3 will be satisfied,” the official wrote.
There were discussions within the U.S. military over the past week about how to handle the warship, another U.S. official said. The ship is being repaired after a 2017 collision, and any ship undergoing such repair or maintenance would be difficult to move, officials said. A tarp was hung over the ship’s name ahead of the president’s trip, according to photos reviewed by the Journal, and sailors were directed to remove any coverings from the ship that bore its name. After the tarp was taken down, a barge was moved closer to the ship, obscuring its name. Navy officials acknowledge the barge was moved but said it was not moved to obscure the name of the ship. Sailors on the ship, who typically wear caps bearing its name, were given the day off during Mr. Trump’s visit, people familiar with the matter said.
Yep, no huevos. Just bone spurs.

EA and Shades, please remove this derailment - assuming rules apply equally to me. Thanks
