Proof Right Wing Media is a Joke: Mueller's Report

This reaction to his recent comments proves they never even bothered to actually read the report when it was released. For weeks they kept saying the Mueller case was over, the report said no evidence of any crimes, etc. Trump called Mueller an honrable man and now he's saying Mueller is a never Trumper who is just lashing out because he wasn't offered a job, etc. The usual from Trump. And now ...

this is how the Right Wing media is responding to Mueller.

It is truly something to behold, but the takeaway here is that this proves they never cared to read the actual report. All Mueller did here is summarize a few key points from his report which the mainstream media has touched upon, and which FOX and the Moron Right kept saying wasn't true.

THIS IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT MUELLER TESTIFY IN PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE CONGRESS.

Because no one reads the damn report. People wan't to hear it from the horse's mouth.

And even folks at FOX News like Brett Baier are acting surprised and they're not attacking Mueller they're basically saying HOLY crap Trump AND BARR HAVE LIED TO US.

And even Judge Napolitano is giving a rude awakening about what Mueller just said.

And everyone on the Left is basically saying, no crap, get with the program. We've known this ever since the report was released.

What would be much more effective than multiple hours of Mueller essentially reading from his report would be to start calling the witnesses from the obstruction part of the report to testify. Schiff and Pelosi have let their investigation grind to a halt because a couple of big fish won’t play and they’re hung up on the redacted material in the report. They should take the deal offered them to send a couple folks over and look at the unredacted material. If there’s no smoking gun in the redacted material, move on. Look at part two of Barr’s report as the material for a TV series, figure out how best to put it together to form a compelling narrative, and start calling witnesses. Trump doesn’t control all of the little fish, and if he tried to, he’s just making the case for obstruction stronger.

It seems clear to me that to be a Trump supporter these days, you have to be delusional or an asshole (or some combination thereof): delusional if you don't know what he's doing, an asshole if you do.

Effective in what sense? I don't believe people who directly tapped into the right-wing propaganda bubble or reliant for impressions on current events from those who are actually have any idea what's going on. Those people overlap substantially with the people who still support President Trump. If Mueller just went before Congress and read the report out loud, that would get such wall-to-wall coverage that it likely would penetrate that propaganda bubble and have some impact on people within its grasp. That in turn likely would be politically effective.

I don't know why people have a hard time understanding this. I knew Trump supporters had never read the Mueller Report but even I was shocked to see how the entire Right Wing propaganda complex had a conniption fit when they heard Mueller speak exactly what the Libs had been saying he said in his report. It proves that none of them read it. And I see Republicans genuinely confused because they were told a big lie and now they're coming to the realization Trump is every bit the criminal the Left has been claiming. Ya think that might affect votes? I do.

What I hold against Mueller is his claim that he won't answer any questions that haven't already been addressed in the report when Democrats in the House have claimed there are many questions that need to be answered. Mueller's report is ambiguous at best on many crucial issues. For example, Democrats claim the report says Mueller is leaving it up to Congress to impeach. Republicans say that is their misreading. What's wrong with asking him to his face who is right and who is wrong on their reading of the report? WHo gives a crap if he's afraid his friends and family will shun him for helping the Democrats and who gives a crap if the Democrats are using him as a "prop"? Its his duty to answer the damned questions Congress presents him.

Millions of Americans sit through faux news shows like FOX for hours every day and if Mueller is reading from the report in congressional hearings then that's what they're going to be talking about. Let Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ask him questions as she's clearly the most effective at it.
