While I agree that the majority of Trump supporters will be unmoved, there could be enough movement so that Representatives from purple districts feel more pressure. Honestly I think Mueller's testimony has to be a home run to sway many Trump supporters, and even that will depend on how much coverage is seen within the Fox bubble.
One thing to watch will be how much Mueller will testify about investigations that he gave to other jurisdictions, and how much he will testify about evidence that is not contained in the report.

You misunderstand. Cross examination would be based on the contents of the report. The last thing Republicans want to talk about is what the report says.
Mueller’s not afraid of your delusional conspiracy nonsense.
So why did Mueller not want to testify before Congress in your opinion?
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

Because he was appointed to perform an investigation as part of federal law enforcement. He performed that investigation and wrote an exhaustive report on what he found. There is no further law enforcement function to be performed. The only purpose for having him testify is political — the democrats to generate popular support for impeachment and the republicans to give Trump political support. Like lots of folks who spend their careers in public service, he wants to avoid even the appearance of partisanship.
In his place, I would not have voluntarily testified either.
