You need to announce before your presentation that recordings are prohibited. That'll put you in the same league as a GA.

Also, you need to play a complete, copyrighted song like you do at the end of each podcast.

You need to have a plant in the audience who will ask you how you get your ideas for podcasts, to which you will solemnly reply, in your best conference voice;

"Many times my best ideas come to me at night, so I keep a pad and lighted pen on the nightstand next to my bed so I can write them down before I forget them".

I was considering having all attendees sign a legal document that they will not record the proceedings.
