Yes, we all remember how Bush administration members paid dearly for this, but then in waltzed Hillary who created impunity for it with sheer force of will. Now people who seemed to care an awful lot about it don’t care at all because thems the rules. Hillary made them.subgenius wrote:EAllusion wrote:...proper electronic document practices from anyone in this case.
Hillary publicly neutered this type of behavior a while back. But you keep praying that this (finally) is the campaign platform that will work for the Democrats in 2020.

Truly my wisdom is great and unmatched.Res Ipsa wrote:EAllusion wrote:One of the side plots to this recent story I see getting no coverage is it involves Trump admin state department officials communicating about official state department business on private devices. I seem to recall that impropriety being one the most covered stories of my lifetime throwing millions of people into outrage and concern. Donald Trump has tweeted about that as recently as today. Yet, nearly nary a peep about proper electronic document practices from anyone in this case.
It’s getting attention today.

A very stable genius indeed.

I can't wait to find out what story journalists are going to pretend to care about with saturation coverage because right wing media told them to this next election cycle. Looks increasingly likely it's going to involve investigations of the Democrat running against Trump, but it could be anything.

Hypocrisy is neither criminal nor impeachable in US politics...and rarely is it unelectable....but perhaps you had point for that spear?

I am not proposing impeaching you for hypocrisy. I am proposing calling you, and many other people, hypocrites who weren't serious about their concern over "emails!" I'm mostly concerned about political leaders who pretended to care and the journalists who pretended to believe them. It helps inform the next time something similar happens.

I understand that you have such a desire...but to what end? are you proselytizing? or is this your campaign to change the hearts and minds of people you despise?....or is it more primitive, whereas its an ego thing?
Either way, the hypocrisy in your own criticism appears to be lost as your point is currently unavailable.
I mean who takes medical advice from this guy?

I seem to recall something about Saudi Arabia's crown prince ordering the torture and murder of a US resident at an embassy, and Donald Trump refusing to hold him accountable on the basis that he does business with the guy. Seems legit.
I also seem to recall the fact that Trump's son in law Jared Kushner received nearly $100 million from anonymous foreign players.
I also seem to recall something about Ivanka Trump benefiting tremendously off of her Father's position with more than a dozen trademarks in China being granted to her in a record minimal timeframe.
But tell me again how Donald Trump's main priority is fighting corruption.

If you're keeping count, and bless your sweet heart if you are, this is also an impeachable offense if true:

On a related note, Trump has better goons around him than in those earlier days. Ones that might do a better job listening to such requests.
