Absolutely. We have seen too many cases of subgenius obviously not even looking at links casting legitimate doubts on his claims, or linking to respected sites and articles that he carefully "quote mined" for evidence supporting his claims, that when read in their full context did no such thing, or even outright refuted what he was trying to claim. I can't say for sure that in all such cases he was deliberately lying, but it was often painfully obvious he either just didn't understand or read the parts that contradicted his claims, or he counted on us (or, at least, some of us) not reading them and calling him out in his errors and/or incomprehension.

Nevertheless, he does, on occasion, get something right and show some real insight. I, for one, have pointed out and given him credit on such occasions, and even acknowledged to him when I erred when he got something right that I didn't. I don't recall him ever admitting to or apologizing for having made an error, himself, however.

He committed impeachable offenses on live TV after releasing a summary of some of his impeachable offenses to the public. But how this game works is you declare literally anything "not an impeachable offense" and so the bar can never be met. That makes the "no evidence" charge quite hollow.

One of the things that's frustrating about this affair is we're watching idiots sell out the most powerful nation in the history of the Earth for what amounts to a two-bit racket. Doing long-term damage to the richest country in history for what amounts to change Bill Gates loses in his couch is pathetic.

I think it's been memory holed to an extent, but prominent Republicans did call for Obama's impeachment over ridiculous things an awful lot. It wasn't for assassinating American citizens at Presidential say-so or anything that you can make an actual case for impeachment over. It was mostly over Obama attempting to govern as a moderate Democrat.

Now we have President Crimes doing the things impeachment was literally designed for right out in the open and the cat has got their collective tongues.
