Yin needs yang, is this why you are here posting as a caricature of how certain people view conservatives?
Hello!
I post here because I’ve been here for a very long time. I’ve seen: Don Bradley leave and be rebaptized a few times, various reincarnations of certain posters here, moderators getting called the C-word, posters getting married, etc. People can attempt to “other” me but it makes them look foolish.
As far as caricatures go, I’ve recently stumbled onto the fact that a disproportionate amount of anti-Mormons identify as Jewish. This interests me. I don’t think the connection has been made before.
The conclusions that can be drawn from that fact are still being teased out but I wish had been made aware of it when I was in my “questioning” phase.

Perhaps someone in your family can explain to you one day how discussing history is important and those that don’t learn from it are destined to repeat it.
My family discusses all sorts of things. Including people who lie about history to justify their hatred of Jews or any other racial, ethnic, or religious group.

Oh, I bet you're hoping history repeats itself.

Every record...falsified, every book rewritten...every statue...has been renamed or torn down, every date...altered...the process is continuing...minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Ideology is always right.

Ours was, too! Can I just tell you why? Not one of our tribe (East or West) is sick, hospitalized, hurting or grieving right now. It's been one of those years where...
everything changed.
This on account of the fact that we have gained 2 new family members. A young man over here :-D and a newborn baby boy out there in Jersey (who completely changed the life and perspective of his new grandma, and trust me she needed it on account of grief). And not only that, young and old who were recently hospitalized are well again.
Everyone is happy and healthy this holiday season! Long time coming, but I'll take it!!!!

Excellent to hear! Especially the ability of a new baby to bring hope and renew an appreciation of life for someone in despair. I think you’ve mentioned a little of that story before so I’m very, very glad to hear this new, positive chapter.

Congrats and best wishes to you and yours!
Yes, Prof. Lemmie! Since the funeral in North Jersey, she lost her best lady friend and her boyfriend as well. Never underestimate the power of a tiny one to rain down hope and wash away tears!

If you have to photoshop your side of history into existence, then it’s fair to say that you’re not discussing history.
Perhaps someone in your family should have raised you not to post fake images and quotes, or to promote hatred.

Cool story, bro. Care to share?
