Boy did I read this at the wrong time. I just got done reading accounts from this lady in SF who runs a huge rescue for Pugs. She's stuck over there with Pugs to bring back to the US for adoption because she can't fly the first 5 (out of 100) out of the country due to flights being cancelled. If she's unsuccessful in finding private air transport back the states the 100 Pugs will go to the markets to be slaughtered and eaten where all this crap started.

I dunno, call it a bad mood.
