And the Stock market tanked another 800 points as a response. Meanwhile Trump was on TV saying the market is in "good shape."
Trump said the only reason the stock market performed well under Obama was because the Fed cut rates to help him out. Rates are supposed to increase during a good economy and get cut during a bad economy.

Interest rates were never allowed to rise that much after the recession in 2008. Cheap money is not the problem. Don't expect this rate drop to do much. The markets are going to be mercurial and jittery for a while.
