The odds of this kind of stuff lining up, and only being a coincidence are astronomical.

For a husky big-boned guy, you have a real way with numerology.
The odds of this kind of stuff lining up, and only being a coincidence are astronomical.

I know of a Bayesian equation you can use to prove that. Only slightly used, in a playground peer review setting where the logic monster never once reared its ugly head. You won’t be able to publish it in the real world of course, but you can probably use it to score some essential oils, which I hear stand in very nicely for the hand sanitizer that’s sold out in your area.

Show me an ”Ex- Mormon” and I will show you a degenerate, addicted, mentally (and often physically) ill, disgusting looking person of low-quality lineage.

Ah ... thanks for explaining why I have always felt so at home on this board!

Our Walmart was out of pump hand soap the other day. I don't understand why there was a run on water by you? In any case, I'm about to make another quick Walmart run for a few things. No clue what that'll be like. These are our worst weather months so fortunately we tend to be stocked up on needed supplies anyway.
But still...it's unnerving to see empty shelves. I just hope the supply chain isn't so messed up right now that we go to rationing of specific items.I did heads up the younger generation around here because rationing is a possibility.

Just got back from Walmart. Took stock of the lack of stock.
Water: Completely out of bottled water, there was maybe 4 gallon jugs of water left, and people were starting to take cart loads of distilled water over in the INFANT department. I needed one jug of distilled for a little humidifier and now I feel guilty for having it.![]()
Completely out: Clorox wipes and other types of spray disinfectants, tissues.
Almost completely out: Laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet tissue.
One odd thing: I went back to check to see how the hand soap was going. I noticed about 3 pump bottles left on the shelves but get this---the bottom shelves still had the large refill bottles. Go figure.
Anyway---our county has it's first presumptive case of coronavirus. Guess that means we're about to make it to the OP map.![]()
Currently hating human nature and sorry but also hating on China.
p.s. I still don't know why people are hoarding water. Anyone know?
Lemmie wrote:The refills unsold. Lol. Sometimes I really don’t get the logic. And the water thing? Happening here also, but who knows why. Maybe it’s some atavistic thing. Deep in our psyche, when anxiety hits, we feel the urge to surround ourselves with plastic!!!
