I heard Don Jr rambling like a moron again, this time about how leftists want people to die from the virus so they can blame Trump.

Even if that were true, I don't think that's nearly as bad as the President saying moronic crap which will actually cause people to die, or how the right will whine like the whiny little bitches they are when people rightfully point out the President's words were irresponsible and will lead to deaths.
