Oh really, and how did it become common knowledge? Were the people who tried to guess who the sock puppet was banned from the forum? Were they even censored or asked not to try to guess who Maxine Waters might be?

Jersey GIrl would refer to ldsfaqs by his real name repeatedly against his wishes. How about throwing the "beat your wife," allegations in his face repeatedly. Did ldsdfaqs give his consent for you all to use that in real life against him? Or pulling up other online accounts he made with his real name with "malicious," intent?

People on this board continue to try to guess Smokey's in real life and seem to get away with it unimpeded.

As far as ldsfaqs goes, he openly admitted in this forum - several times - to hitting his wife on multiple occasions, once seemingly bragging about his ‘snake strike’ technique for doing so, in her face. I’ve recycled that information back to faqs on occasion and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again given his past willingness to happily chat up that behavior and his continued aggressive and accusatory posting.

Speaking of bullying, I didn’t see anything posted by Icarus that matched that description, within the post that you leveled that claim against. Can you point out the ‘bullying’ part?

Or is it ok to use information from another forum against posters if he's said something racist?
