The phone call established what, exactly? The day the assault occurred? Or that someone's mom wanted advice on television for their daughter to "get through" to someone other than by going to the press because her daughter, who she said worked for a prominent Senator, had problems but out of respect for the person didn't want to go to the press?

It seems like Tara Reade definitely had issues while working for Biden, and the work relationship with staff there wasn't good. But that isn't the same as rape. And the call doesn't establish anything beyond she had issues while working for Biden but it certainly doesn't sound like the Mom was told Biden raped her daughter. Maybe, but it is a weird call if one listens to it with the understanding the mom is sitting in a rape allegation.
