Well. I’m hoping the heat and sunshine act as effective disinfectants. As much as it seems like we’re at each others’ throats, I don’t want my fellow Americans and by extension my fellow humans all over the world to get sick from this stuff. For example, I’m hoping ldsfaqs is staying inside (heh), wearing a mask when he goes out, and is safe. I don’t want him to be hospitalized.

I saw an exchange about this series on one of these threads a few weeks ago and so gave it a shot. I finished all 3 seasons a week ago. Season 1 started out good enough, but I was iffy, trying too hard to be a breaking-bad knockoff except husband wife are a team from the beginning. But it was strong, and growing on me be end of season. Season 2 hit the mud with all the politics stuff, moving from Breaking Bad to House of Cards, which was junk after the first season. Mid-season 2, I think, it picked up again. Season 3 is off the rails. As good as pretty much anything out there. [semi-spoiler] The absolutely most satisfying scene of the entire series is when the brother drives to a certain person's house and offers a few revelations. Maybe it's partly because, as a metaphor, it's like shoving Letter to a CES Director in front of the face of any true believer with a working moral compass[/semi-spoiler]. I hate most of the characters at this point and hope they die. I guess that means the writers are doing their job. The endless justifications are also a window in the soul of Mopologetics.

I'm pretty sure he thinks he can just say a thing enough times and people will start to buy it. He's never had an opponent like quickly demonstrated science before.
