Notwithstanding the most disproportionate stae of Utah why are the Nation's leading disproportionate rates of police killing blacks running higher in traditionally Democratic Party led/administered Staes than their Republican counterparts. It also seems counter to the group-think that permeates this board where Southern States should be leading in this disproportionate death rate - but they ain't!
So why is it still Trump's fault that the Democratic Party is being realized for its archaic thinking and consisyently racist policies?

As far as I can tell the most "racist" thing about 3 strikes is that it doesn't equally apply to white collar crime.

No evidence? I just produced the precise law that went into effect under Reagan which is responsible for the skyrocketing incarcerations of minorities. It substantially increased the number of drug offenses with mandatory minimum sentences and the statistics prove this negatively and disproportionately impacted the black community.
