Trump's Economy - Recession is Here
Apparently it began in February. I can only wonder how subs and the Right Wing propaganda mill is going to pin this on Obama.

Obama inherited a recession and brought us out of it and we saw years of economic growth and job creation. It took Trump just three years to pull us back into recession.

Trump grabbed the wheel and pulled it into a ditch. I'd say that makes it his. He broke it, he bought it. He can still take credit for the market burning along hot and out of sync with the main street economy. The virus actually caused the Fed to do exactly what Trump wanted them to do and the stock markets are cruising to prerecession numbers again. It's just hard to ignore how detached that is from the main street economy at the moment even though it's not really changed so much as become more exaggerated.
Now, when the markets flip if Biden wins and the Senate is won by Democrats, will you play the same game? I doubt it, and I doubt Icarus will be realistic about what it means, either.
A sustainable healthy economy is detached from this partisan bickering. Trump movers is further away from it from.day one with investors banking on deregulation and favorable tax policies. They'll hedge against unfavorable tax policies and returning regulation, decrying the way Democrats out dampers on the economy while ignoring that reasons for it are not that different from enforcing responsible spending and budgeting in ones household. But since there are many Democrats who aren't behaving or messaging for responsible spending some of that will be true, too.
So what do you do other than accept partisan discussions about the economy are going to be inherently broken?
