COVID has killed between 150k and 250k people in America. It has seriously injured another large number of people we don't have a good handle on. This is bad, because people's lives matter. This has been your public service announcement.

There are serological estimates of New York that are a google away. It is not "most people" or any where near that. Herd immunity is in the neighborhood of 3 quarters of the population depending on how contagious the disease is. Epidemiology is math, guys.
Are the ICUs over capacity in Florida? When are we going to see the massive increase of young healthy people on disability due to Covid?
If young people are put on disability due to Covid, they aren't young healthy people. Aren't you following any of the reports from the scientific community? Aren't you a doctor?
More positive tests do not necessarily mean more deaths.
The number of daily reported Covid cases has doubled over the last month or so. You can expect a rise in deaths to come from that and particularly as Covid Units all over the country become overwhelmed and patients needed vents, etc., are literally triaged out of existence.

What percent of working age people who have tested positive for Covid are now collecting disability due to permanent lung dysfunction caused by Covid?
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

Could you point me to this information? What percent of the people who have been infected with Covid are now disabled due to being infected?

Ajax...could I point you to what information? That a person who is put on disability due to Covid isn't a healthy young person? Um... that's common sense, doc.

What percentage of young people who have been infected with Covid are now disabled due to it? Where would you suggest I find that information?

I'm assuming that's confirmed Covid infections. What about the death rate? Are the ICUs being overrun due to this increased number of cases now?

What percent of the population will never be exposed to Covid if we keep the economy operating at 70% or less?

And how are BLM protest marches more important than people being able to go to work and make a living? Because the protesters are wearing masks? Then why can't we have the US Open and wear masks?

It's just that the argument from the other side is that it's better for the economy that we shut it down in an attempt to keep people from ever being exposed to Covid and becoming disabled. So now that it has been around for a while, how many of these people are actually disabled due to their bout with Covid?

Do you think the social distancing rules are going to keep most people from ever being exposed to Covid?

I don't know. I can't find it either. But anecdotally maybe 1.5% at the most.

You misunderstand the purpose of the shut down.
