The first casinos were built long after I left the state. IMNSHO they totally ruined AC which was once a lovely beach town. I mean, just LOOK at that coastline now. They're a disgusting monument to greed.
As to the Jersey Shore show alluded to previously, I believe only one cast member was from Jersey. The rest were New Yorkers. I did see the cast filming one day while visiting Seaside Heights. Snookie was preggers at the time. ;-)
