I read through the complaint. In a nutshell, Trump is using his former campaign manager’s company as a front to funnel money to family and to presumably launder it back to himself, essentially a kickback scheme with no accountability. See paragraphs 86-89.

Basically he's a piece of crap pocketing donations. Not that his donors care because why would they?
