Once Trump is out of office, can he be sued by any of the people he directly injured while acting as a terrible President?

The current state of the law is that presidents have absolute immunity for actions done while in office. However, that could change if the right case came along, where a president takes official action that benefits him/her personally. Here is an article that discusses the issues:
