You can see HIM? I just heard about this, haven't seen the video yet, but everything I've read says he is a suspect, but hasn't been definitively identified as the shooter. I suspect we'll know soon enough. Someone on Twitter said the video shows the victim pepper sprayed him in the street, at which point he was then shot in the chest. In any event, if it is him they need to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

The lesson from all of this seems to be one that the Leftists have been arguing for years. More guns involved in heated situations means more shootings, which means more deaths.

I'd never heard of Patriot Prayer before, but apparently it is just an outfit like the Proud Boys.

Patriot Prayer’s typical playbook, as the Southern Poverty Law Center has documented, is to “assemble a ready-to-rumble crew with out-of-town violent extremists, then troll through the urban center in hopes of confronting left-wing protesters, ensuring violence eventually will break out.” Patriot Prayer has repeatedly organized public events in Portland with the Proud Boys, which the FBI designates as an “extremist group with ties to white nationalism.” An attendee at a 2017 “free speech” rally organized by Patriot Prayer went on to murder two people and injure another in a hate crime attack a month later — only for the group to still go ahead with a planned “Trump Free Speech Rally” a week after that — and was sentenced this year to life in prison. Another frequent Patriot Prayer rally attendee and a member of the Proud Boys has posted threats online against the mayor of Portland.

The take by SPLC was written two years ago, so this wasn't just some characterization based on this incident.

So what is their objective here? To cause trouble and sacrifice human lives for the cause of getting Trump reelected?

The BLM medic who tried to save the shooting victim's life was batoned away from the victim's body by police, who kicked away her medical kit and forced her to stay away from his body while he bled out and died. This tragedy would probably not have happened had the peaceful BLM protesters not been deliberately provoked by Trumpist thugs who attacked them with paint ball guns and pepper spray.

And why did the Portland police not cite the right wing extremists for not having the legally required license plates on their vehicles?

"GREEN BAY, WI -(Wisconsin Radio Network) – Authorities in Brown County say a 23-year-old Antifa member had military-grade smoke grenades, fireworks, and a flamethrower in his backpack at a protest Saturday.

The district attorney filed charges Monday against Matthew Banta.

Investigators say Banta is also known as “Commander Red.” When he was taken into custody in Green Bay, Banta was out on bail for pointing a rifle at a police officer in Waupaca earlier this month.

He’s in the Brown County Jail on a 25-hundred-dollar bond."

-> The police in Kenosha, Wisconsin, say 102 of 175 people arrested there since protests began over the shooting of Jacob Blake listed addresses outside the city, according to The Wall Street Journal. Kyle Rittenhouse was counted.

-> The out-of-town people arrested came from 44 cities, Fox 29 Philadelphia reported the Kenosha police as saying.
