Famed Republican lawyer pens scathing op-ed about Trump

Post by _Gunnar »

From 0:28 into the video: https://youtu.be/aeQCIxI49os?t=28
"Legions of Republican lawyers have searched in vain over four decades for fraudulent double voting. At long last, they have a blatant example of a major politician urging his supporters to illegally vote twice. The only hitch is that the candidate is President Trump."
As I have often maintained, Donald J. Trump is his own worst enemy. He can't seem to help himself, and is inadvertently, by himself, a stronger reason for voting him out of office than the most persuasive arguments of his strongest detractors and critics!
No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

This is true if you're talking about normal, reasonable people.

However, his idiocy appeals to his base, who are clearly not normal, reasonable people. They like his fu-ck-ups, probably because it makes them feel less like morons themselves, something they must struggle with daily. I have yet to hear from a Trump supporter who didn't sound like a complete dimwit.

Seriously, one just needs to read a few YouTube threads attached to some political videos if you need proof that there's no such thing as a smart Trump supporter. They would make a better case for him by staying quiet.

I agree on all the above points!

Trump is a long standing cheater. He should send his ghost writers and even the kid who took his college tests in to cast extra votes in his name. Heck, Trump could even try voting as John Barron.
