Could be a mix. Below is a link to a NY Post article that makes some of the same claims for either Boebert.

seems like typical right-wing family-values folk to me.
We can't take farmers and take all their people and send them back because they don't have maybe what they're supposed to have. They get rid of some of the people who have been there for 25 years and they work great and then you throw them out and they're replaced by criminals.

Apparently this white trash loser used campaign funds to pay down her tax debt, which is illegal. She also claimed $22,000 tax deduction for miles driven. Jesus, do Republicans no longer have any shame when it comes to claiming to be all about law and order?

Yes, as pointed out in the video:
“This is the entire problem—she’s a failed businessperson and she’s using her campaign funds to paper it over,” says the Denver Post’s Ian Silverii on Rep. Boebert spending campaign money on her “failing” restaurant Shooters Grill.
It's mightily suspicious that the $22,000 mileage reimbursement, for which she would have had to drive the ridiculous distance of 1.5 times the entire circumference of the earth's equator during her campaign to earn, was almost exactly equal to the money her business owed the county for non-payment of unemployment insurance.

Why are so few Republican leaders and elected officials outraged by this? I doubt that all of them are ignorant of this flagrantly unethical and even illegal behavior. It seems far more likely that they are hoping to be able to get away with and profit by the same kind of grift themselves. Trump has, so far, managed to get away almost (but not quite) scot free from similar shenanigans nearly all of his business life, and this has obviously inspired numerous crooked politicians to hope they can get away with the same. I won't try to claim that there are never any Democrat politicians who try to get away with similar shenanigans (nor should they be allowed to), but it seems that Republicans are only concerned about that when Democrats do it.

No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.
