I like a wide variety of music and I'm a musician myself. I like everything from weird noisy underground stuff, to metal, classical, blues, jazz. Good music is good music in my opinion, I don't limit myself to genres or eras. I've seen too many concerts to count, and I've seen a lot of weird stuff at concerts.

That being said, I saw BB King not too long before he died. That wasn't just a concert for me, it was more like a religious experience. I went there alone and by the end of the night I was drunk swaying back and forth arm in arm with some Polynesian dudes singing "You Are My Sunshine" along with BB King. That connection and experience was worth more than the price of the ticket.

Detroit again. Just love this view. You can see them take their places, Keith and Steve first, then Ronnie...you can see Jagger hanging back right before he comes blasting through the middle. He's all like...outta my way I'm gonna take this place! Not bad for an old guy. :-D
