Merry Smithmas!

Post by Kishkumen »

Yes, folks, it's that most wonderful time of the year! Grab your steaming hot mug of cocoa and join in the celebration of the birth of the man who did more for the salvation of humankind than everyone save Jesus only!

I am a big proponent of Smithmas. I don't understand the resistance. With all of Joseph Smith's amazing feats, why not celebrate his memory appropriately?

Just imagine the Three Nephites coming to visit the birth of Joseph Smith in Vermont!

Should they not have been there? Weren't they?

Did the Green Mountain Boys come to pay their respects, like shepherds watching their flocks by night?

Ha ha ha. Why do I suspect there's not much Smithmas celebration at the home of Jeff T. Green?
