Can I just say that it sucks being a nurse during this pandemic. The workload is just not sustainable. I'm not going to jump on my soapbox, however.

More nurses should say it more and say it loud. We were just handed a particularly difficult project to accommodate a mother who tested positive when she came in for her delivery and now has a baby in NICU. It is going to be one hell of process for the nurses to work with the mom and the baby. We have a great crew in that NICU, but this is going to be exhausting.
