Looks like the “he” that I have been asking about has been cleared. Looks like this was sorta a hoax.
Will Philo and CNN and ESPN be issuing apologies and retractions?
The reaction of the Athletic Director of BYU makes no sense if this is all phony. No reason for me to provide apologies yet. I will if it is proven fake however, no problem and no worries.
Please let the board know if you hear anything. I didn’t.

Nah but I spotted the kid, or he appears to be a kid, in the yellow shirt by the police officer, that apparently said these things and got up in the players grill afterward. I mean by the looks of it the police officers version looks about right. I’m really not seeing anything worth making a fuss about.

Actually the response of the BYU athletic director is quite admirable given the facts he had available. Whether a hoax, mistake, or a single or multi party offense, he didn’t hesitate to do the best he could. He listened, apologized immediately and has worked to repair and teach from the experience. He is a credit to the university and the Q15 would do well to take note of his exemplary humility. He’s shown more in 48 hours than any of them have shown in 48 years.
BYU students are famous for being the biggest snitches in the world… Pretty sure something is off here. If someone was yelling what they say, those BYU students would have been the first ones to turn them in
Hysterical.
This story was never solid and should never ever have been taken at face/media value.
