DCP on the death of one of his blog’s regulars

As I understand it, his death (on Wednesday night, I think) came as a result of complications from injuries sustained several months ago in a very serious automobile accident. We’ve lost a very good mind and a devoted Latter-day Saint.

I was a bit surprised he didn’t even bother to link to the man’s blog. You’d think it would be only kind for one blogger to honor the memory of another. So here it is:

This “awful horrible no-good-forum” as DCP calls it, ironically does a much better job of honoring the memory of the dead.

Kent Budge posted on Sic et Non as "dCyl." His posting style could best be described as kiwi-esque.

Very sad event. The blog makes very depressing reading from this vantage point. I hope the best for his family and friends.

I noticed that some of his other activities and writings are linked on his home page: https://kgbudge.com. He obviously put a lot of work into his Pacific War Online Encyclopedia and other projects. Some research works of his are listed here. My condolences to his family.
