I absolutely agree her case won't win, but I would be surprised if John's countersuit wins. Most likely both get dropped and they stop this pointless fight.

I wish them all the best. If this explodes more into battles unbecoming of us all, I'll be eating some popcorn, perhaps. I can't understand why he'd try to resurrect this after her lawsuit seemed to have died. "Now that everyone's forgotten about it and moved on, let's see if we can bring this crap back up and clear my name...."

Seems about as smart a move as hiring her in the first place, then apparently giving her raises after she failed to do her work and stole money. "What's that you say? She stole money from the company and hasn't done anything for weeks? Well that's the type of moxy we need around here. Let's give her a 33% raise."

I was compelled. I found Jenn Kamp's accusatory video quite troubling at first, and then when I listened to RFM's reading of the counter-claim, everything seemed so much more clear. Then with the release of the Open Stories Foundation meeting, it seems quite clear that her claims are unreliable to say the least.

JDs case seems to be evidence based. JKs was very anecdotal. She is now handling her claim without a lawyer.
