Backyard Professor & Mormon-ish LIVE On the Propaganda of the LDS Gospel Topics Essays

You are all cordially invited to join us, "The Backyard Professor," "The Schoolyard Professor," and "The Junkyard Professor" this Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 6 p.m. (MOUNTAIN TIME USA) for our new weekly series investigating, exploring, dissecting, and showing the LDS Gospel Topics Essays are.................(wait for it)

just propaganda after all.

We are going to do deep dives into every single one of the essays, engaging with one each week, until we have discussed all the essays, demonstrating how they are not how the LDS Church bills them to be - open, honest, and uplifting for the strengthening of testimonies, and not hiding the history of the church anymore. This is going to be an epic series, so come and join us for the enlightening fun, the stimulating analysis, the careful conclusions based on the history the church continues to leave out even as they claim they are open and honest now. We find that is simply not the case, not even close.

Ha ha ha!

I ran a special on the Book of Abraham essay down in the TELESTIAL forum back in 2014 when it was hot off the press. Beastie popped in and even Bat made a special appearance!

Do take a peek but beware because there are fat penises, turds, and asses in the air throughout the thread! And the last post features boners and even a genuine Egyptian pornographic sex scene on papyrus!

OMFG! Nasty!! check it out:

Translation and Historicity of the Book of Abraham

I enjoyed the show, especially the laughs, singing, and swearing at the close of the second hour.

Those quotes would be easier to read in mostly lower case type. Maybe paragraph breaks as well.

I agree, Moksha. The color and lighting of the quotes and background were fine but the ALL CAPS were painful and and it was like daggers being thrown in my poor eyes -- about to give me a migraine!

Jesus F. Christ!

A lot of people who use their phones to watch cannot read the slides, so I capitalized the letters to give them an easier chance to read. But yeah, I will think of a different strategy. More people, I think, use phones than computers to watch the videos.

Consider compromising by having a heavy font but not all capitals. That will work!
