Do you find Bryce Blackenagle's thesis persuasive?
I have not focused a lot on what Bryce says by way of an overall thesis. I did read the article he did with Beckstead et al. I thought that was very useful.

I found it useful enough to do a 4 part series of videos on it. Sounds like you had a blast Kish. DANG, I really wish I could have made it this year. So many issues with family and friends and their family health issues though, darn it. Getting old SUCKS.

It reminds me of when Dr. Scratch's postings appeared in a University of Penn dissertation. https://repository.upenn.edu/entities/p ... 48ecc763bf

This board is small, but influential.

Is there any planned upcoming publication/book on the existing potential evidence of psychedelics within early Mormonism and its members?
Some experimentation with various "truth serums" to increase the Oh So True response in Chapel Mormons. Additionally, there is some promise in concentrating the titration of rabies in Louis Midgley's blood to produce apologists who could track and dossier their prey.

Speaking of Louis Midgley, in the Ph.D. dissertation to which Everybody Wang Chung linked, we find the following in page 109, footnote 39 (emphasis added):

"I first met Dehlin in late March 2012 when we, along with FairMormon President Scott Gordon, spoke on a panel at an academic conference at Utah Valley University. The tension between Gordon and Dehlin was palpable, and a strong contrast to the general affability I had always sensed in my public interactions with Mormons. After the panel, I watched as Louis Midgley, an apologist with FARMS, confronted Dehlin; and although I did not hear what was said, I saw him shake his finger in Dehlin's face and yell angrily."

Looks like I'll have to contact John Dehlin to find out what exactly Louis yelled.

That was before the historic ouster of Dr. Dan Peterson, so Midgley has taken off his shoe to shake and utter a curse on Dehlin, before adding, "We will bury you. Your grandchildren will live under FARMS Mormonism." After expending that feral energy, Midgley needed to lay down on native soil and rest.
