I guess it depends. It’s a terribly poor piece of scholarship. If you just want a tabloid-style dirty laundry I guess it serves its purpose.

I think Bennett thoroughly destroyed it, though. There’s much better critical stuff out there, like Vogel.

Bennett’s response did the opposite of destroy it for me. I had no clue who he was that time and his writing style was obnoxious to read.

Bennett seems like a good human being, but his version of Mormonism that is his foundation is the definition of privilege.
