Since many don't have an hour and a half to listen to her ramble, I figure it would be useful to have a transcript of her side of the story so far.

Hey everyone. This video is my opinion, with evidence, of the harm and abuse I experienced while working with John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation. If you don't want to hear my opinion with evidence then please click off. My opinion is my lived experience with evidence of the lies harms and abuses I experienced as a co-host of Mormon stories podcast and as director of operations of the open stories Foundation by John Dehlin and the Open Stories Foundation board.

For a year and a half I have stayed silent and not spoken out regarding my experience of abuse harm and sexual harassment policy violations while working with John Dehlin. Or the refusal of the open stories Foundation to investigate my claims and their subsequent retaliation including an egregious smear campaign. This abuse was continued in the litigation system, as a multi-million dollar 501c3 nonprofit drained me a normal person and my family financially through litigation abuse. Resulting in the inability to pay for representation in court. The good person doesn't always win.

It's time to tell my full story so the man and the flying monkeys who abused me and exploited my story in the most evil ways do not get the full narrative. A warning about the podcasts regarding my story and experience the videos can talk about abuse of many kinds, so please use caution regarding listening to it around children or if you are sensitive to this subject because of your own lived experiences.

It has been very hard almost 2 years for me. I have chosen to be silent for many reasons until now. I hope to share my full story in coming days but because of this smear campaign and the loud voices that have been controlling the narrative, I need to start with some hard evidence to show the links John Dehlin and the open stories foundation will go to control the narrative. And in a pattern of the heartbreaking expense of so many victims of John Dehlin I have never seen such evil in my life as what I have lived through the last two years.

I did not know this level of evil existed in foundations and the legal system but unfortunately the good person doesn't always win. Sometimes the victim is actually the one who is smeared, lied about, retaliated against, and then all her monetary items stripped of her through litigation abuse by a multi-million dollar foundation and a legal system that allowed the found Foundation to drain me of over $300,000 in legal expenses before I was forced to let my legal team go because I could not afford them any longer.

Yes I could have signed a document long ago that said I lied about John Dehlin and the open stories foundation and avoided the egregious smear campaign. My husband and I’s savings disappearing and the sale of our beloved Farm we have built and raised our daughters on. Yes I could have all of that still if I had signed the demand to do so. That was a demand of the open stories Foundation to even mediate, but I never would. I told them I would work with them in other ways to stop the litigation and their use of donor's money and smear campaign but I would not lie for John Dehlin. So I and my family have endured what has been hell the last one and a half years as we have endured this smear campaign that has gone to levels no human should have to endure.

From the made-up evidence submitted into court to the edited audio of hearings broadcasted on YouTube channels with a narrative full of lies even with all that has been asked of us to carry we cannot find it within us to allow another woman to go through this or be abused by John Dehlin again.

And because of that choice have paid greatly monetarily for it which as the victim we should not have to endure but as I have learned in the court system this last 18 months and fighting a Goliath with the financial means to do to do so properly the good guy doesn't always win. Sometimes the victim loses. Sometimes the victim does all they can and still is written as the villain in the story of the loud narrative. Sometimes evil gets away with framing the victim as the crazy emotional one when they have a trauma response and panic attack that was caused by the abuses inflicted on the victim in the first place by the person accusing them and then used to do is tell their story know that they will be smeared and made to appear crazy and choose to do it anyway.

I guess all I want the ex Mormon Community to know especially the women is I loved you that much. Now let's get into this first evidence video against the lies harm and abuse of John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation. The open stories found Foundation Insurance non-payment claim. John Dehlin and the open series Foundation board lapsed and cancelled their own insurance not Jen Kamp as a claim in their lawsuit and podcast by John Dehlin and RFM also known as Radio free Mormon or RFM they then covered up the cancellation of their own insurance by a smear Campaign claiming a counter Claim by their retained lawyer RFM is with made-up evidence with egregiously evil intent they then knowingly told lies regarding Miss Kamp to defame and slander her while they used hundreds of thousands of dollars of Open Stories Foundation donors money to file a lawsuit against the victim of John Dehlin who they had unethically terminated

after Miss Kamp filed claims against Dehlin for intentional harm and abuse sexual harassment and other policy violations instead of investigating her claims Miss Kamp was retaliated against and terminated without her claims ever being investigated fully heard and against their own Open Stories Foundation policy so let's start at the beginning this is the email hiring Miss Kamp on the 9th of January 2022 Miss Kamp needed to give her current employer a two-e notice and then had a family vacation so she told the Open Stories Foundation in a phone call that February 6 2022 would be her first official day though um Miss Kamp did work a few days um before leaving on her trip getting acquainted with the office meeting the staff and having some meetings um before her vacation and then returning to her first day of work at the open stories foundation on the sixth of February 2022 on the left you can see the email that was sent to miss Kamp

it reads Jen on behalf of the open stories Foundation board of directors and staff we would like to extend an offer to you as open stories foundation's director of operations this was sent by John Dehlin through the Open Stories Foundation staff email also included in the email was Cara, Clint and her so as you can see from this email I was hired by the open stories foundation on January 9th 2022 so remember that date January 9th 2022 that was the day I got the email hiring me that was not the first day that I worked at open stories Foundation the item below you can see where I was out of town and then started on the 6th of February 2022 this next slide is the claim in the PDF's lawsuit uh under the title performance issues um number 22 so let's read exactly what they say so it says here on number 22 almost immediately after starting with Open Stories Foundation and especially after being co-hosting there were problems with Kamp's performance in the director of operations role for example Kamp struggled with payroll overpaying herself and or miscalculating hours to renew the Open Stories Foundation directors and officers Insurance in a timely manner causing the board Insurance to lapse and continually failed to meet expectations pertaining to podcast production there is nothing that is true in this paragraph nothing and I will show that in further podcasts and also in this particular podcast

but let's start with what I feel like is the most egregious lie because it involves the donors of Mormon stories podcast so this is the deposition of myself Miss Kamp by Miss Tomchak um which is the plaintiff's lawyer where I was being told that I lapsed the insurance policy and that the policy was found on my work desk forensically found on my work desk she actually said computer at first and then she I don't know if she corrected herself or added desk this is my deposition so let's go over what she um accuses me of during my deposition and just to kind of give you a time frame this is at like 6:40 p.m. so I have already been being deposed for almost 7 hours now by this time um I believe my deposition lasted like 9 and a half hours but on the record time was only 7 um because that is the top amount of time that they can depose me so this is Miss Tomchak deposing me she asks me um do you recognize this company that I put in front of you so she puts a paper in front of me and she asks me if I recognize this paper in front of me I said no and she asked do you and I say well I recognize the company um I did recognize the company because um

another victim of Dehlin had um told me what insurance company that they used she then asked Miss Tomchak then asks do you deny that you received this document I answer yes she asks would it surprise you that it was forensically collected from a folder and then that's where she says on my computer but then it's dashed out now and it says off your desk um I said yes that would surprise me and she said okay so you don't recall ever seeing this I said correct she then says and you didn't do anything with it right and I say with this it looks like the date is prior to me being hired so I don't and she goes oh okay keep turning I believe there is more in there so there is more papers attached to the paper that she gave me I said okay she says let's see or is this a different one

so she's a little flustered now because I already kind of called out one of the problems here um John then says to her there's a January invoice and Miss Tomchak says sorry what and Dehlin says the January invoice um Miss Tomchak then says the January invoice it's about Open Stories Foundation and then they give the number that they put on the invoice and then John Dehlin says something to her um which the transcript lady says is inaudible she could not hear it then we go to where Miss Tomchak says did you receive that document and I said no she then says you don't have any recollection of receiving this document I say no and I and then she cuts me off and she says you don't recall receiving any documents from this company there's the March invoice on 0297 and I said yes no I didn't and no I never paid any bill for open stories Foundation ever in my whole life

and she says but you did but did you receive bills that you passed on to other people and I said no I did not and she says no so if you got a bill you just left it on your desk and I said if I got a bill through the mail and she said uh-huh and I said no it was left on John D's desk and she says okay but I think she kind of laughed a little bit right there but this one was collected from your desk a folder on your desk and I said um no it was left on John D's desk and she said okay but this was collected from your desk a folder on your desk and I say well then he filed it on my desk and she says okay let's see when did you first seek assistance of counsel so then she like leaves the subject and goes on to this NE the next subject that she was asking me about during my deposition um so I was telling the truth about um this made-up bill that was placed before me as evidence by Mr. Dehlin and the plaintiffs in which Miss Tomchak attacked me about um and let's show that hard evidence right now let's show that evidence oh sorry okay so this is the insurance of the open stories Foundation um that I received when I subpoena the Philadelphia insurance company um even though the subpoenas was stopped by the lawyer of the open stories foundation in John Dehlin um all my subpoenas were stopped um how they got away with that

I still do not know and that's just one thing that I'm talking about with the litigation abuse and how they got away with so much and anyways that's a whole other podcast we'll do that later showing what Philadelphia Insurance actually replied to my subpoena before they stopped it as you can see from this document from the F Philadelphia insurance company the open stories Foundation policy was from January 6th 2021 to January 6th 2022 so I want you to pause right here for a minute and remember what day I was hired so I was hired if you recall on the 9th of January 2022 that would be 3 days after their insurance had lapsed so John and the open stories Foundation have lied to everyone including the legal system including all the listeners and subscribers um all the listeners and subscribers to um Corbin VES Radio free Mormon all the people who will read their lawsuit and they have used these lies of claiming it was me Miss Kamp who um did not pay their insurance to then or use funds donor's funds donor's money to sue me in a legal lawsuit to silence me so it is actually the donors of Mormon stories podcast who are silencing the victim of John Dehlin because of lies from John Dehlin and the open stories foundation

so yes the insurance company um their insurance policy lapsed before I was hired but let's just go on and see what else um we can show you in case that exact document with the circled area is still you're still wondering if John Dylan and the open source Foundation really did lie and use hundreds of thousands of dollars of donor's money to then silence a victim of John Dehlin so this is a text message where John Dehlin is letting someone know that he has retained RFM as an adviser a legal adviser retaining RFM means that RFM is basically a lawyer for open stories foundation and Dehlin when someone is retained that's what it means so they are legally responsible for um the advice that they give to the person or company so this is um John stating that he has retained RFM Radio free Mormon or Corbin Bas um he goes by lots of names

so that is I just wanted to show that evidence that you know that he actually is a retained lawyer of open stories foundation and as a retained lawyer of open stories Foundation RFM as is downloading information or audio from hearings um evidence the lawsuit itself and then lying to the public um to help push the narrative to the donors that they had to use their money to sue me when they did not um I had in January filed a lawsuit against open stories foundation and John Dehlin when I found out from a podcast by John Dehlin um that he was using donor's money to um defend himself against the lawsuit that I placed against him in January um I stopped that lawsuit I never served um John Dehlin and the Open Stories Foundation that lawsuit so because it was never served to them um it did not move forward in court and um

nothing ever happened with that lawsuit I stopped it because it just didn't feel right within me that they should be able to use donor's money to fight a lawsuit that I placed against them that just didn't feel right to me so that is what happened I stopped that lawsuit but as you can see um this red circled item here RFM um as a retained lawyer for John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation um then you know has to put out the narrative for them that it is a counter suit so it seems you know better I guess for the donors that they're using their money to fight um you know to defend themselves to fight this lawsuit when in fact that lawsuit was never served to them that I filed um and it was John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation who served me a lawsuit of defamation the day after John Dehlin was served with the stocking protection order against him by the sheriff so after he was served his stocking protection order the next day he served me with a lawsuit from him and the open stories Foundation it is not a counter suit in any way it's not a counter suit they're not defending themselves from anything um they chose to put a lawsuit against me in my opinion as a slap suit for me retaining a stocking protection order against John Dehlin so that is the truth of and the timeline of what happened there with the lawsuits um so this is a lawsuit from Dehlin and the open stories Foundation against me as defamation

this isn't a lawsuit about what I am claiming um against John Dehlin so I also want to make that clear this is a lawsuit that has nothing to do with my claims against Dehlin um like the truthfulness of what I am saying happened to me while I was at employed at the open stories foundation and working closely with John Dehlin but yes so I just wanted to make that clear this is not my claims a lawsuit for my claims against Dehlin we'll talk about that again later and that lawsuit will be filed at a later time so going back to this here um The Narrative being displayed in the smear campaign and slander Against Me by Dehlin and the open stories Foundation to run an untrue story of having to use donor's money to defend and countersuit against me gen Kamp Miss Kamp stopped the lawsuit against Dehlin and the open stories Foundation when she heard Dehlin had podcasted about using donor's money because that did not feel right within Miss Kamp that Dehlin and the open stories Foundation used that money for litigation

this statement is recorded in the video Miss Kamp did regarding her warning the women of the post-Mormon community regarding Dehlin a public figure and the open stories foundation's pattern of abuse and harm in which this litigation is regarding in January 2023 so that's kind of a recap about the lawsuits and actually what's happening and the lies um that they're trying to put out they kind of help their narrative and their what they needed to portray to the donors to be able to use hundreds of thousands of dollars of their money to sue a victim of Dehlin um so while I have remained silent the last year and a half about now um and I know that you know I've been in social media posts and things like that but that has all been by um the open stories Foundation through their retained lawyer RFM I have not said anything publicly regarding anything to do with this case for the last year and a half um since it was served to me they make it seem like it because of the loud narrative that they are using

but in fact I all of my documents and all of my you know documents within the court and documents regarding the unethical things Corbin vas is doing as a retained lawyer for open stories foundation in John Dehlin all of those documents were to me private they were you know uploaded to a court and uploaded to um a board for um lawyers in the state of Washington none of that was to be made public um or did I want it to be public I wanted these matters from the beginning to be discussed and mediated in private um that was my Hope from the very beginning that was never allowed to happen um because of the demands of the open stories foundation and John Dehlin but here are some not all some of the videos and um shorts and Tik toks that RFM and the open stories Foundation have put out um in slander and defamation and lies um regarding me in the last 18 months um all of these of course are just video not their comments posts um responses emails Reddits all the other things that go along with all their um social media and the things that they say um regarding their videos on YouTube so that is a lot that is that is a low voice that is a very big huge smear Campaign with lies about me and it's been a very hard year and a half of that smear campaign um here are some defamatory comments by open stories foundation and Dehlin retained legal counsel RFM on Reddit um

RFM also shared links to his podcast regarding Miss Kamp that are defamatory and full of lies by John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation shown in evidence produced Within this Merit um on all their social media platforms so um Radio free Mormon says it is not an assumption it is my considered legal opinion after carefully reviewing the mountains of Hard Evidence in this case I take no one's word for anything I am interested only in the facts and how they stack up against Miss Kamp's claims and the facts fact is the hard evidence contradicts Miss Kamp's claims on every front again I ask nobody to take my word for it I believe that once the facts become known you will better understand why this is my position so you know I don't really know what to say to RFM or Radio free Mormon except for I guess the fact that you're not a very good lawyer um

because if you made one phone call to the insurance company um like I did you would know that the open series foundation's Insurance com um coverage lapsed before I was even hired at the open stories Foundation um you would also know a lot more um if you listen to them but you chose not to you chose to believe everything that was placed in front of you as if it was true um by John Dehlin and the open stories foundation so it's not okay with what you did RFM and it's not okay what you continue to do to me and my family in a smear campaign that is the most evil and egregious mean thing I have ever seen in this podcast space and really in many spaces um you are I think I'll just actually keep that to myself

I'm just going to go on he also States here would that be the attorney who fired her I've never had an attorney fire me ever so I'm not sure what he's stating here um but that is also faults when the open stories foundation and John D have legally um have used the litigation system to drain me and my family of over $300,000 now and um because of that I have had to let go of my legal team and just fight the remaining of this case pro-se it's called um and doing fighting a multi-million dollar 501c3 foundation without any legal experience um not a lawyer I'm still held to the same standards as a lawyer and someone who's been through years and years of um law school I'm held to the same standards even though I don't know how to fill out the paperwork and I don't know how to respond to them um which is unfortunately causing me to have all of my emotions and all of my objections to their emotions and everything um thrown out and just signed um the plaintiff's proposed order signed by the judge um because I am not a lawyer and I I'm trying my best but there's just no way for a normal person to fight a multi-million dollar company in a civil lawsuit by themselves it's just me so that's kind of where I'm at in the legal system

right now as it sits on um the early morning hours of Thursday May 16th that's why I just you know kind of have a feeling that it won't go to a jury trial and the judge will just rule on it because of technicalities um and unfortunately even ruled on by technicalities the language I've learned of the legal system still makes you appear to be wrong um or even though you were ruled against by technicalities and not necessarily the merits of the case um the truth of the case so that's been a very hard lesson for me um something that I've had to navigate and just come to peace with but anyways here's Radio free Mormon saying you know Jen Kamp has to make as such hay as she can before the evidence comes out not really understanding what he's talking about since I didn't I haven't spoken in 18 months but anyways it's RFM so there's a great deal of documentary evidence that will demonstrate she is being disingenuous and has it a leg to stand on I have reviewed it so he has reviewed it I expect nobody to take my word for it

he always throws in that last little line there but remember you heard it here first until then Jen has only innuendo to rely on go Jen go so this is just more defamatory slanderous lies um by a retained lawyer of the plaintiffs giving his uh legal opinion um after he's looked and you know carefully looked at all the facts of you know this hard evidence that was presented to him I guess he didn't use uh any of his own judgment to look into that evidence um he also has never ever spoken to me asked for my evidence or has even ever listened to my story in full so to me that's not a very good lawyer nor is it a very good journalist as he claims to be which he is not unless he's a journalist of Lies I don't know but let's move on

okay so this is a message that was sent to a group chat of women um so I'll just read this here um a message was sent to a group chat of women Miss Kamp was part of regarding a donor of Mormon stories this person tells the group chat that John and Margie Dehlin went to a donor's home and defamed Miss Kamp to the donor John and Margie then asked the donor they had just defamed um Kamp 2 to ask Kamp's and the donor's mutual friend if like Margie and John could go to their house and show her this so-called evidence that they had so this was in late 2022 right after um Kamp was unethically terminated from open stories foundation and before any video was put out by Miss Kamp regarding her story it was Dehlin and his wife defaming Kamp to donors not the other way around this text message thread was a group of friends who already had this text group chat for months before the abuse and harm of John Dehlin was public um so I'll tell you why that's important it was John Dehlin and Margie who were going around to donors and defaming me to them and showing them this false evidence you know of me not paying their insurance and other false evidence that I'll show you later and also showing videos that we'll talk about later also but that were exploiting me and were under a contract between me in open stories Foundation that they would not be seen um or edited or uploaded to any program without my consent or knowledge which again they went against and then used it to exploit me under their own narrative which is one of the most evil things that they've done so far but yes

so it's interesting to me during this lawsuit with them um that everything they are claiming I did is actually what they did so I it's weird it's like they almost need to like say that it was me so that it to like bring that narrative to the surface before I try to you know show you evidence and show you that it was actually them who was doing that not myself the only people for the most part that I even talked about John with because I to be honest didn't really care to talk about him um very often besides the public warning that I did um in my story of my lived experience um was very few people mainly just one group chat of friends that new and old friends that this group chat was going on months and months and months before any of this stuff came out publicly so it was a group of friends it wasn't um some were donors of Mormon stories but they're also my friends and so if my friend came to me and told me that I put claims in again or that they had put claims in against John Dehlin for harm and abuse and sexual harassment and that that their claims were never investigated and then they were fired it doesn't matter to me like if there's other women or this is a pattern or anything like that if my friend tells me that I would for sure stop my donation right away because just that is enough but then finding out that there's this is like a pattern and that there are you know at least 18 other women who have publicly declared that they've been harmed and abused by John Dehlin um

in a document in the Salt Lake Tribune that was published early 2022 as soon as I knew that on top of my friend's experience that that is enough for anyone I believe to stop a donation to a 501c3 that is supposed to be helping heal people not harm people especially in a pattern of harm that that is the gist of it with these text messages as you can see here it was Margie and John who went around to donors and to like showed evidence against me against Miss Kamp so against me and it was a friend who was also a donor who let me know that they were doing that and as soon as they found out that I knew that they were doing that then it the claims started to come that I was doing that it's just anyways interesting to me um just giving evidence on the 18 women this is the Google document that was linked in the Salt Lake Tribune article in early 2022 regarding the 18 women you can see their names over here

the 18 women that um are speaking out we're speaking out against John Dehlin so um I'll just read what I put there the Google Document published in the Salt Lake Tribune in early 2022 regarding the abuse and harm of John Dehlin towards 18 other women in the post-Mormon space dating back at least 12 years when this article was published this is a list of doctors lawyers and amazingly smart women who John Dehlin has harmed and abused in the past my name has unfortunately been added to this list making it 19 okay so this is um a donor and guest co-host of Mormon stories podcast stating that Dehlin said he had used donor's money he had to use donor's money because me Miss Kamp had not paid the Open Stories Foundation's insurance policy payments I'm just going to call him Anthony um Anthony was um a friend of mine he was also a co-host sometimes on Mormon stories podcast and he was also a guest on Mormon story's podcast I think he was a co-host maybe he was just a guest anyways this was the first message that I got after RFM and John Dehlin started being vocal about the lies that they were telling against me they he was so kind this is why I have his text message here is

because he was one of the people who actually texted me and asked me for evidence or my story um was like knew me and was brave enough and kind enough to reach out and I think really sincerely want me to help him understand what happened unfortunately I was already in trauma I was already a victim I was already in the middle of what I thought at the time was a huge smear campaign but I mean it's gotten like 200 times worse than that since then but at the time I was just trying to breathe and so all I said back to him after he you know asked for evidence and kind of stated that you know he because of his friendship with Margie and John would probably lean towards them telling the truth if I didn't have hard evidence to show him all I could say back to him is that so I didn't have the capacity to be able to answer him um and I wanted to be able to do it in a way that he would hopefully hear me and at the time I just couldn't basically what he is asking me here he's like you know he saw RFM’s episode like RFM’s episode where he read um the claim of John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation he read their lost suit it's not a counter claim like he states that we all know that now like he's just trying to play to the donors so the donors aren't mad at John for using hundreds of thousands of their dollars to sue his victim so he's putting out this narrative but RFM before I was even served with that lawsuit okay

so before I was even served with it RFM does a podcast where he reads their lawsuit against me it was one of the hardest days of my life because I sat there and I listened to the lies and the portray of me and who I am and who I was in the total opposite direction of the truth of who I am and or even the truth of situations within my employment the way things were lied and twisted and just really truly blatantly created to be evidence um is just was so hard for me so hard that I ended up um like my body reacted and I ended up with hives all over my body and like having to go to the InstaCare and just the devastation of it all um as I wish I could say I'm a former victim of John Dehlin but unfortunately for me right now I am still a victim of John Dehlin because I'm being a victim through litigation abuse and I'm being re-traumatized when I have to sit in close proximity to him sometimes I'm triggered um because of what they say and sometimes I'm not um like I went through the you know 9 and 1 half hours of my deposition and didn't cry didn't react to anything

that they said didn't you know react emotionally to anything that was placed before me as their evidence or their lies about me you know there's days like that where you know I have someone representing me and they're there and I'm calmer and I've you know had time beforehand to like prepare for being with him through the MDR and things like that and then there's times like a hearing in April where I'm in a courtroom for the first time with this judge um I did not attend the one previous because it was my daughter's wedding but my lawyers were there but this time I'm in the courtroom by myself with no representation because I cannot afford representation anymore because of them draining all of our finances I'm sitting so sitting there by myself and he's feet away from me and the things that they start to say and him talking um cause a trauma response for me and a panic attack and therefore um in my trauma response that started um during a episode of use and Trauma with John Dehlin in August of 2022 this trauma response puts me it make freezes me and then it puts me into a panic attack which then causes my brain uh it's a disability so it causes my brain to not be able to comprehend um or remember um Audible Voice like Audible Voice um like conversations or you know if someone trying is trying to tell me something or someone is like giving me instruction it's just my brain is in full survival mode and it doesn't function like a normal person um

because it can't regulate it causes the panic attack which then causes me to be emotional and to want to be heard and just to not be able to regulate my body as normal like the day in the deposition um so that's hard as well anyways getting back to Anthony um so Anthony told me you know about this podcast that RFM had done um he tells me that you know insurance would cover legal expenses you know after the deductible to defend them okay so he's saying defend he's saying it's a counter suit um because of RFM’s narrative and then he's saying that you know John said because you know with insurance lapsed um the Open Stories Foundation has no other choice but to use donor funds because of that so this is where the lies all you know start is from this narrative that they're putting out where it's a counter suit that they have to defend um not a lawsuit that they chose to place against John's victim those are very different things but that's a narrative they have to put out there so that they can use hundreds of thousands of dollars of donor's money to sue me to silence me and other victims and it's just sad to me

it's just sad because like listening to the women that we have deposed so far in the lawsuit both victims of John stated at the end of the deposition when um my Council asked them if they were scared of John Dehlin um and what he would do to them in the public they both said yes that's a very telling it's very telling that the women do not feel safe and that they're scared they're scared of what he's done to me um that he will do to them and so in a way you know him using hundreds of thousands of dollars to silence me is work because of the huge smear campaign against me and it's sad and it's not okay so anyways that that would be my you know what I would say to Anthony regarding this text message because I have never answered him I just wanted to do that today with at least the hard evidence that he can now know that John Dehlin lapsed the insurance for the open Foundation before I was hired and then blamed it on me and then made a narrative that he had to use donor's money to counter sue me when in fact he used donor's money to sue uh his victim so let's go to the next one so this is my phone call with Philadelphia Insurance um company

that you know RFM could have done uh if he was a good lawyer or journalist this is um phone conversation with Philadelphia insurance agent um important information found Open Stories Foundation policy lapsed on January 6th 2022 3 days before Miss Kamp was hired so in on the time stamp 235 the agent um says it was effective January 6 2021 to February 6 2022 is actually the date it was cancelled it lapsed on the 6th of Jan January 2022 but their agent um actually extended it a month to February 6 2022 which is was my first official day working at open stories Foundation was February 6th after I got back from my vacation with my family so February 6 2022 was the actual cancel date the agent actually reached out to them several times for Renewal they said before January 6th um when it lapsed um John was contacted also in um November of 2021 they said and told about the renewal and he at that time changed his bills to go to a new PO box that he had so they had talked to him in November and reminded him about his renewal that was coming up on January 6 um that he would need to renew it before January 6 2021 so um then when I'm talking to this agent I say you know if the policy was January 6 2021 then the actual end date would have been January 6 2022 um but then you guys like gave him a month leeway and we talked about the leeway um and she said yes there was an extension placed on that um it had to be done by the agent um and their insurance did end up lapsing on the 6th of January 2022 um 3 days before I was hired but you know doing my due diligence I called the agent also so this is Nick their um Open Stories Foundation's insurance agent

this is a phone conversation I had with him regarding him trying to renew their insurance uh before it lapsed on January 6 and I asked him how many times did you reach out to the person at open stories Foundation to renew it Nick um said well I would never cancel without a verbal confirmation personally I have never in my lifetime could imagine that someone's policy would not renew without me making it very clear to them especially a professional policy then NE Nick says if the policy was during that time period it would not have gotten past me just like I drink water I know I would have because you know I would have been paid some small amount if it did renew so why wouldn't I you know he called them he according to him if it was cancelled he got verbal confirmation from someone at open stories Foundation to cancel the insurance that is very interesting and um very telling that John was warned that his policy was going to lapse on January 6 um he was contacted multiple times by the Philadelphia insurance company and his agent um his agent even like extended it a month to in hopes of them renewing it and it was still cancelled um it still lapsed before I was hired and cancelled before my first day of work at the open stories Foundation official day like I said before

I did go in and you know was introduced to people and they showed me like all the systems and um I worked on a project at home for them also during that time that was the um six support groups that were up and down Utah that I put together um in that first month that I was hired by them but yeah that is the thing it lapsed before I was hired so okay so I just want to show you something that I think is pretty damning to John Dehlin in the open stories Foundation if all of that before this was not damning enough so during my deposition I was given a whole bunch of documents um they were placed in front of me as exhibits so on list exhibit 18 during my deposition um I was given a Philadelphia insurance payment invoices that is what I was told they were when I was in my deposition um the PLS having lapsed in cancel their own insurance policy what happened is I'm trying to think maybe I should just show you so then you can kind of follow along with me okay so this is their insurance company again um where she asked if like I knew um the name of this insurance this is the paper she's asking me that um the next invoice as you can see here it says you know $130 um if that's not paid then there's some extra added on to it okay so then we go to the next one and then you go to the next one and then you go to the next one oh let's go back though okay so there's these invoices right that they're showing me so some invoices like this January 1 was before I was hired so um that you know doesn't really play into it

but then they have this one from March they have this one from March right here and so I'm being curious um you know unlike RFM um I call the insurance company and I say “hey can you please tell me what this invoice is um here's the invoice number um can you pull it up and just tell me you know why they would be sending a March invoice when a policy lapsed in January” like I just wanted to make sure this is like a real invoice and this isn't like a made-up invoice and so the person puts me on hold comes back in a minute and he says that is not an invoice for insurance payment and I said I'm sorry excuse me he said no that's not an insurance payment invoice that is a collections invoice for late fees that they did not pay in the year prior so John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation have used their collection in invoice as evidence of an insurance policy invoice that was supposedly not paid by me when they know that they canceled their insurance and they lapsed their insurance before I was hired and started working for the open stories foundation and then they used a collection invoice they got as evidence that I did not pay the insurance in March they knowingly did this and then and they knowingly used this evidence and RFM and his platform to then use hundreds of thousands of dollars of donor's money and continue to do so at this moment to silence me a victim of extreme mental abuse and harm and sexual harassment and harassment after termination and stalking and we'll go over the stalking trial don't you worry plenty of evidence to show you there to silence me and other women and scare them and

I'm just done I'm just done now I'm just tired of being silent I've healed enough where to be honest I don't care what they say about me anymore I'm to a point where it doesn't matter to me I'm warning the podcast space and I'm warning the women about a public figure um now public figures um because RFM is also harming me it's not okay what's being done to me and the lies and the length that they're going to as you can see to try and tell their lies is just evil is just plain evil um so this a I'm just showing you the videos where John Dehlin um says he's using donor's money just so you know it didn't come from my mouth it came from the mouth of John Dehlin um where he States you know in the circled areas you can see where he states he is using um donor money on legal he's spending donor money on legal expenses um he also States it later um in this other part that is circled over here he also States it in this podcast um where he states that he is paying like using donor money to pay for legal services so then let's see defamatory podcast put out by John Dehlin through his retained Council RFM in 2022 and 2023 and now 2024 um there are also post shorts videos comments that are innumerable um to obtain that legally verify all evidence that John has submitted in his lawsuit um supposedly by RFM and John Dehlin being public figures and in the podcast space with huge followings around 300,000 subscribers total their influence in their smear campaign is the continuation of a man's abuse and harmful pattern towards women in the podcast space podcasts put out by RFM and Dehlin

that link and funnel traffic to miss Kamp's podcast regarding her warning to the post-Mormon women of her own lived experience and Del's pattern of abusing and harming women so he's claiming that my podcasts are um like G gaining all this attention and like are the ones that are like broadcasting this supposed defamation they're saying when in fact when I pull up the analytics of my podcast um it was their podcasts that were feeding um people to find and listen to my warning to the podcast space and women regarding them it's interesting right to claim defamation and then actually be the one who's uh controlling the traffic that's going to the supposedly defamation um video um usually if something is actual defamation you don't want the publicity put on it but somehow uh they're using this as a way to monetize their podcasts and um to further harm and silence victims of John Dehlin and the open stories Foundation retaliation I showed you the list of podcast earlier from RFM but here's just another one you know where he's broadcasting that it's a counter suit um against me um so that's just another one and then you can see over on the right hand side um and stuff that they're like raising funds during this so it's being monetized okay this is just other employees and um co-hosts and people that have posted about um different parts of the case or the evidence that John and Margie showed them um unfortunately for them John and Margie showed them evidence that was untrue

for me I like Cara I hold I hold space for them to be wrong and to not know that that was um that they were being shown false evidence and there also comes a time where they also should be held responsible for their lack of investigating and their lack of asking me my story or my evidence which none of them have so at some point there is accountability for them and it's not okay that they furthered the abuse and harm and slander of me especially in a time that was and continues to be extremely difficult at times um so this is just my conclusion for this podcast John Dylan and the open stories Foundation lied about me stating that I had lapsed their insurance when they um knew full well that they had lapsed their own insurance they then used this defamatory and egregious lie about me to persuade their donors um to be able to use hundreds of thousands of dollars of their donor's money to silence another victim of John Dehlin John knowingly submitted fake evidence during a deposition to frame Miss Kamp for something that he did himself and he knew he did he knew he had lapsed his insurance on his own knowing that it was himself who did not renew the open stories Foundation Insurance Dehlin defamed Kamp on YouTube videos by Mormon stories um by himself and through his retained lawyer RFM on his YouTube videos on RFM them are Radio free Mormon um

also within they both did within posts comments and throughout this litigation and on the lawsuit actual documents um Dehlin has also done this to women in the past who he has harmed and then smeared and blocked from the community that they loved Dehlin and his wife Margie went around to donor's homes and showed them this false evidence to defame me uh Kamp even under the pressure um in a 7-hour deposition and being gaslit by the plaintiff’s attorney still maintained her innocence and called out the real person she knew would be responsible for the laps in the Open Stories Foundation Insurance the planting of the false evidence on her desk and the lies to donors about the use of hundreds of thousands of dollars of their money to place a lawsuit not a counter lawsuit but a lawsuit against John's victim to silence me this and so much more is what I have been living with the last is um and everything for me it's been two years has been extremely hard um to know your wife and your wife's character and to see what's been done to it um for telling the truth is something that is extremely hard for my husband and he's been extremely patient and what I've felt and what I've been put through the last year and a half um to two years I don't know very many men who would do it I

I don't know very many men who would allow all of their financial um savings and a farm that you know we were married when we were 18 years old and we've worked our whole lives for this farm and we have horses and goats and chickens and it started out as this little tiny humble little farm and our own because we were poor we're just normal people um not poor just like but not rich either just living paycheck to paycheck um you know we built this Farm we did we built our cute little farm and raised our girls here and they're definitely the best thing that we grew on this Farm our daughters they're amazing humans in so many ways just adore them um but he worked hard for this you know he worked his whole life since we he was 18 years old since we were 18 years old to create this little piece of heaven that we raised our daughters on and now because of a man's ego um and the availability of hundreds of thousands of dollars to him um

he has taken all of that from us um we have to sell our farm and we have already started that process and we have lost everything monetarily um and we know we made the right choice and we know what we have decided and we know that there's no way that we would ever allow another woman to feel what I have felt this last year and a half um because if she didn't have the next victim if she doesn't have a support like I have in my family and with my husband and at times with friends um I don't know if she'll make it I don't know if someone would make it I really truly don't know because I've had some really dark days and for those friends that did have to step away I just want to tell you that I don't blame you I know what he's done to me and to be honest I'm glad you did I'm glad you stepped away because I wouldn't want anyone to be or to have felt or to experienced what I have this last year and a half two years for me and I don't blame you

I just want you to know that I love you and I understand and don't feel like you need to reach out to me um if you choose to that's fine also and I'm here but just know that um I understand and I don't blame you at all and I want you to not be part of this smear campaign so I just wanted to publicly let you know that um thank you for all the love you did give me through this journey this part of my life because you'll never know how much your friendships meant to me during the times that you were there um so thank you to everyone who loved me for a time um or loved me from afar because they were scared um I'm not sure which video will be next um maybe another evidence video before I tell my story in full or maybe I'll just tell my story in full on the next one um but each video does take a lot out of me and will probably need some time to just breathe and recover after each one um it's really hard knowing who you are and knowing what you've given and then having a totally opposite narrative and smear campaign of you in the public it's a hard place for me to navigate um and I'm trying my best and I'm sorry I didn't speak out sooner
