No, I said WE would do the same thing WE did when he was elected in 2016.
I think Trump will be out for blood and will begin fasc-o-forming America on day one if reelected. He will have the House of Representatives and the Supreme Court to back him in his endeavor.
That doesn't counteract what I stated.

I don't know if he'll actively have that backing, but yes, the horrors he will enact are terrifying to consider.

He'll do nothing worse than what liberals are currently doing to us. If that scares you, perhaps you might consider how your own actions have helped get us to where we are.
And when the Confederates saw Jackson standing fearless like a stonewall, the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

By all means, please share the coordinated liberal equivalent of Project 2025.

You mean where we are now, with a record stock market, increased manufacturing jobs, energy independence, record domestic oil production, the biggest yearly GDP increase since 1984, crime rates trending down, more border enforcement than the entirety of the Trump administration in a single year, reduced deficit spending every year since Trump's last budget? Those things? Or just the things based on feelings?

Your facts are misleading Steuss. You leave out the inflation caused by Biden's Build Back Better, and ironically Inflation reduction act, and Democrat driven worldwide scamdemic economic destruction. Feel fortunate that you don't have to refinance your house now. But at least you're talking about what this election should and is about rather than if Donald Trump slept with a whore 18 years ago.

Which thing that I posted was misleading. By all means, provide the data to contradict it. Each statement I made is based on publicly available data.
You leave out the inflation caused by Biden's Build Back Better,
You're right, I did leave it out. I didn't feel that 0.2% inflation over two years, which would then result in inflation reduction by almost the amount in the preceding decade, was worth mentioning. Apparently you do. I guess we have differing definitions of what's politically and economically pertinent. I think something that a net zero inflationary impact isn't importation. You do, for some reason.

and ironically Inflation reduction act
You mean the "ironically" Inflation Reduction Act that Moody's has projected to have a net reduction on the consumer price index, every single quarter, all the way to 2033?
and Democrat driven worldwide scamdemic economic destruction.
You'll have to remind me who was President during the "scamdemic" and what the President issued to Governors. I seem to recall a plan issued to Governors by a Republican President that necessitated lockdowns that made what actually occurred under in the most liberal states look like full on libertarian anarchy.
Feel fortunate that you don't have to refinance your house now.
I do. Donald Trump's extremist money printing, and artificially pumping of the economy by keeping interest rates low during a strong market, and setting the stage for inflation, was nice to capitalize on. I'm locked in at 2.25%.
But at least you're talking about what this election should and is about rather than if Donald Trump slept with a whore 18 years ago.
I'm of the opinion that if a person is unable to be honest in their marriage, there are very few areas of life they will be honest. Self-serving people who have a complete disregard for others tend to be pathological. That said, I do think things like Trump's unilateral tax increases with no representation that cost Americans billions of dollars with absolutely no economic or geopolitical benefit is something that's more important than his inability to be a decent and honorable human being.

The inflation of 8% and 9% during 2020 and 2021 doesn't just go away. Compare grocery prices between now and the end of 2019. Compare home prices or rent. By any metric, the US economy is worse off then before the scamdemic. And it's intellectually dishonest to blame Trump for the scamdemic when Democrats basically used the scamdemic to sabotage the American economy in an effort to get Trump out of office. The scamdemic is another case of a liberal lie that served it's purpose for them at the time, but that they are never held accountable for when the consequences come. You were on this board during the scamdemic. You know what my position and the conservative position was on it. DeSantis put us back to work and the fear mongering media gas lit us calling him DeathSantis.

The level of gaslighting going on in the leftwing media is honestly driving me crazy at this point. Your facts are so backward and your books are so cooked, it's impossible for us to even communicate at this point. I honestly don't understand why you wouldn't be open to the idea of a national divorce. We have no beliefs or values in common. Why does it always have to be civil war? Why can't we just divide our property and peacefully go our separate ways?

You blamed a specific piece of legislation for inflation. I provided an analysis by Warton Penn showing that the inflationary impact of that piece of legislation was negligible at best, and most likely a net zero.

Rather than provide a counterpoint, showing why Warton Penn's analysis is incorrect, and why the specific piece of legislation YOU MENTIONED was indeed responsible for inflation, you've decided to rant about civil war?

Gaslighting, indeed. Good gravy.

You don't understand inflation. Since the beginning of the inflation spike, average wages have increased faster than average prices.
