Fentanyl dealers should be treated as foreign agents working on behalf of China and executed.

I'm all about freedom to choose what you put in your body.

Legalize drugs even (to some extent) to get rid of the black market.

But there are some drugs, like Fentanyl, that should not be considered drugs. They should be considered chemical weapons.

In high school I learned about how drugs were used in the boxer rebellion. A 3 minute video about it didn’t mention drugs so this makes me wonder if they were deployed in later conflicts.

High spy, is there something you are looking for here? I have read WWII German troops were given Methamphetamine. From Wikipedia on opium wars which you are probably remembering, The Boxer rebellion was a bit later. Even in longer discussions I do not read of opium being an important consideration then. That might explain the 3 minute video not considering it.

The matter is an interesting background for foreign relationships and cultural attitudes.

Adding I am not remembering a case of drugs being used as weapons of war. Perhaps somebody might think of opiates harming US troops in Vietnam. I have not heard that seen as organized enemy action but that may have been unnecessary. I may also not know all the details.
