At any rate - my understanding is that the car crash story seems to a hoax, but the suggested ABC whistleblower/affidavit scandal (or fake scandal) seems to be unproven at this point and I haven't seen an answer either way. Is it true? I don't know - Do most people care about truth? I don't know. Would the majority of people be disgusted if it turned out to be true? I don't know (I would)
A few of the alleged allegations: ABC agreed that they wouldn't ask Harris any questions about her tenure as AG - They agreed to not bring up the Biden's mental fitness and her role in covering it up - They agreed to fact check Trump and not fact check Harris - This supposed WB claims to have tapes.
Who knows - But having eyes and ears (watching/hearing what happened at that debate) it doesn't seem to be bat crap crazy to me that this scandal might be true.

What questions was Harris asked at the debate, that were so out of pocket for a debate (and so far outside of her abilities and knowledge base as a former prosecutor, current Vice President, and the hours upon hours of debate preparation she underwent) that she couldn’t possibly have provided the answer she did without some kind of grand conspiracy?
We’ve become so accustomed to incompetence in Presidential candidates that someone showing the bare minimum of preparedness and cognitive abilities requires some form of malfeasance.

Their behavior seems likely a bit of pendulum swing from 2016 where they were overly harsh on Clinton while ignoring/downplaying some of Trump's behavior in order to not appear to be coronating her.
But absolutely none of the questions were surprising in the least. Anyone with half a brain for politics should have anticipated and been prepared for the lines of discussion that took place. Given that the ability to prepare for and anticipate questions is a major part of every prosecutors job, it shouldn't come as a major shock that one of the nation's top lawyers was able to prepare and come across confidently and competently.

It is fairly obvious to me that Harris is a diligent preparer in everything that she does and she appears to surround herself with a team that is the same way. I may have wished that we got here in a different way, but there is one thing that is clear to me... she is taking this incredibly seriously, I'd argue even more so than Biden was. She knows the message she wants to convey and how she wants to do it. She has learned and adapted from the traps that Clinton fell into, both from the "it is my time" perspective but also as a female candidate more generically (shouldn't have to, but ya know how it is). She didn't have much time but she hit the ground running and is prepared for the work. Harris is absolutely coming to win bigly and for me it stands in almost comically stark contrast to Trump.
