His incessant rhetoric geared toward dividing the nation with the sole purpose of benefitting his ego and his pocketbook has directly affected me. I have two of four sons who won't be coming to holidays this season.
I mean, here's a couple of guys, normal, thirty something, blue collar, hard working, salt-of the-earth, would probably say they were Christian but no actual interest in it, have never actually voted... but Trump - Rush, talk radio down at the air-gas plant, has turned them into lunatics.
Hesitant to post this but have decided to do so.
You should consider doing everything in your power (everything) - make every effort (every) - to put aside politics for the mutual benefit of all who make up your family.
My hope: That this coming holiday season will find all of your children, with you, under one roof.

The family will go on and things will be fixed eventually. Sometimes I get a bit annoyed that the kids treat me as a peer and not the king. That may not be entirely their problem.
Oh, and, I may have exaggerated the whole post just a little. Just a little... for the sake of the -Trump's a jerk - storyline.

#6 - Trump's pattern of tearing down our institutions. Mainly the Dept. of Justice. You know, to keep himself out of jail. Polls show an all time low in American confidence in the FBI, etc.
#7 - Cozying up to murderous dickheads. As if being bffs with Putin, love letters from Kim Jong Un and endorsements from Orban are a badge of honor.
#23 - Similar to primary reason (stupid) but with a healthy dose of Dunning / Krueger disease to boot. What kind of doofus thinks he can pull off the ol' - it was just a slip-of-the-tongue - on even an average IQ person, let alone everyone on the planet. He has the self-awareness of a polliwog.

How dark does one have to be to post this response to my post - A post that spoke about how important family is and my personal suggestion that a board member should do everything possible - putting aside any/all politics - to find the space that would allow the entire family to be together for the holiday season.
