Yes. He needs to push a BS narrative to advance his own interests over what’s best for the nation as a whole, and to titillate his MAGA base.

Trump needs to set Americans against each other to distract from other realities. After all, folks like Ceeboo aren’t getting those lower prices that they were complaining about before the election, or the better interest rates, or reduced debt, or better jobs, or less costly housing, or reduced inflation, or better employment numbers, or even better oil production numbers. But the new Administration is doing a great job of serving up hatred and division.

Maybe that was all that MAGA really wanted, and they didn’t get enough of it without Trump.

It's always a minority few that spoil the game but they are spoiling the game, despite what is convenient to believe.

Trump's having the immigration court judges dismiss cases and then having ICE outside waiting to arrest the immigrants is total BS and the immigrant's lawyers need to be ready to move the court that is dismissing the case for an emergency stay to the dismissal and an emergency request for parole pending appeal of the dismissal. Then, if the lower courts deny the petition, appeal it to the higher courts and let's have the higher courts give a rational process for determining the rights and status of these individuals. It's a mess created by a disastrous open border policy, but a heavy hand isn't the answer. Also, acting like children and burning cars, looting, and throwing rocks at cars isn't the answer either.

All of this is true, but working through the courts over the course of months stands little chance of producing justice if the Administration has whisked a person on to an outbound plane to Central America the day after being picked up outside of the scheduled hearing, and then pretends that it either cannot locate that person afterwards or simply refuses to bring back the deported individual regardless of what the court has ordered (unless they can gin up bogus new charges to make a show of it).

It would be great if both sides could play by the rules, but there is a serious imbalance of actions, with massive consequences for civil liberties, in that regard at this point.

As an example, it is a felony if a person is deported, and then comes back illegally.....but sanctuary cites do not and will not contact ICE for federal charges....why, because they offer sanctuary.

The folks in uniform who will be sitting in bleachers during the parade this weekend will be screened in advance for their loyalty to Trump’s actions and utterances. I believe that the folks in charge wanted to avoid any ‘rolling of eyes’ visible in the background when Cheetolini speaks.
