Black Pastor speaks some uncomfortable truths
I've never seen anything like it. I apologize for not being able to find the transcript to this to give you all an idea. Even I don't agree with everything he says. But I do agree that God is the only thing that can help black people with the problem he is talking about, which is true for white people as well. But when nobody is willing to recognize nor address the problem, repentance and improvement are impossible.
For those of you don't believe a word of what he says, perhaps you can at least get a good laugh out of it. There were a few spots where I laughed so hard it brought tears to my eyes.

And when the Confederates saw Jackson standing fearless like a stonewall, the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

This video is pretty hard core tough love as well. This man is a prophet. I guess we can see why most of the prophets were martyred at some point.

Dr. Manning knows he's going to far with some of his claims. It's what he feels his congregation needs to hear to pull them out of the moral gutter that they're currently in. But did anyone find this video as funny as I did? I couldn't stop laughing.canpakes wrote: ↑Mon Aug 11, 2025 8:15 pmA rebuttal to the first vid:

To see a black man stand up to the pulpit and start off with a very uncomfortable truth that I totally agree with, "Black people are the most racist people on the planet!"

Now, why do so many white males complain about being heckled or lampooned in (as examples) TV shows and movies? Isn’t it the same as what’s happening here?

I don't know. I think Pastor Manning is just dishing out some tough love, rather than lampooning or making fun of them. He knows only God can change their hearts and bring them out of their current fallen condition. I'm amazed at the number of black people that continue to come and hear him preach to them. So many of them have said that deep down, they know Pastor Manning is right and they also know he loves and cares about them.canpakes wrote: ↑Mon Aug 11, 2025 9:18 pmClearly, you enjoyed the video.ajax18 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 11, 2025 9:03 pmDr. Manning knows he's going to far with some of his claims. Those prophets might have an easier time of it if not for the SA and grifting.ajax18 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 11, 2025 7:37 pmThis video is pretty hard core tough love as well. This man is a prophet. I guess we can see why most of the prophets were martyred at some point.

Not a chance he read that. They don’t read. They lie about reading, but they don’t. It’s a feature of the MAGA brain.canpakes wrote: ↑Mon Aug 11, 2025 8:15 pmA rebuttal to the first vid:

Well there's an oxymoron if I've ever heard one.
Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.
The god idea is popular with desperate people.
