Thank you for the reminder that immigration is a federal power, and the state of California ultimately has absolutely no say on the enforcement of federal law, and that it was Trump, and his federal oversight and policies that cut this illegal immigrant loose when they already had him in custody.

Why is a CDL license a state issue and not federal. Speaking English can't be a CDL requirement in California because it violates DEI and is considered by liberals to be an ethnocentric and xenophobic requirement. But why do we have to honor that license in Florida?

Just because an illegal immigrant who can't/won't learn English gets his CDL in California, doesn't mean he can't bring his 3rd world lawless driving decorum into Florida to kill people in red states who would never have voted to allow him drive an 18 wheeler for an unethical company willing to skirty any law if it means raising their profit margins.
